Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. 5 min per Fuß zum Strand und zum indischen Restaurant, wo es sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Die Ausstattung ist prima, von Putzutensilien bis zum kochen mit Gas, was sich als Vorteil bei einem Stromausfall erwies, war alles da. Der Dachpool mit der tollen Aussicht hat uns mega gefallen und wir haben ihn oft genutzt. Jeder Raum hat eine Klimaanlage. Manchmal kann man vom Balkon einige Rehe und Hirsche sehen, ebenso schöne Vögel und gegen Abend Fledermäuse. Wir haben uns dort rundherum wohl gefühlt! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Vermieter der Unterkunft, der uns mit seinem Engagement geholfen hat, ein Taxi aufzutreiben, da die Straßen um das Gebäude aufgrund eines Zyklones von Wassermassen umgeben war. In unserem Urlaub konnten wir die Erfahrung von ganz freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Menschen machen!
Für das Tor zum Gebäude gibt es eine Fernbedienung, das Tor schließt bei Öffnung dann automatisch innerhalb 1 Minute. Beim Auschecken sollten wir den Wohnungsschlüssel in einen Tresor stecken und die Ferndienung für das Tor auf dem Küchentisch liegen lassen. Da das Tor zu schnell schließt und wir im 2 Stock untergebracht waren, mussten wir Mitbewohner bitten, uns das Tor zu öffnen, um raus zu kommen. Das kann irgendwie nicht die Lösung sein, da fehlte mir ein Briefkasten, um die Ferndienung reinwerfen zu können.

Accueil chaleureux de Kentish, qui nous a fait le transfert depuis l'aéroport (et retour). Il a même pris le temps de faire un tour rapide de Flic en Flac pour nous montrer les restaurants, supermarchés, distributeurs...
Appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Placé à moins de 10min de la plage, restaurants à proximité. Piscine en rooftop avec jolie vue sur le parc animalier et les montagnes, très agréable.
Quartier calme (ce qui est appréciable), mais un peu sombre le soir car légèrement excentré du cœur de la ville.

Excellent unit. Loved the top floor viewing and for relaxing pool area. Unit was spacious and very comfortable. Perfect for self catering patrons. Loved my stay at 373 Wolmar. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family. 😘😘🥰
Just found road names were a problem for me. No clear street names and numbers displayed. So as a visitor, if I was lost, it would be difficult to find directions.

I like everything about this place. The staff and owner are very helpful. The rooms are new and clean. The beds are comfortable and soft. My favourite place in the pool and the rooftop, where I can read and enjoy the view.

it was basically a home away from home, could not fault the property even if you wanted to.
The photos on the website do not do justice for the place it is much better.
Only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets,perfect location.
The parking space is way too small and very tricky to get a car in between the bays.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The hospitality provided by Kentish was truly exceptional. He was very friendly and welcoming, and went out of his way to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible.
One of the great things about this apartment was that we were able to hire a car from the owner, which made getting around very convenient. The apartment itself was lovely and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable.
The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the area. Thank you again to Kentish for the wonderful hospitality!

My review is for the app. 201, 373 Wolmar, Flic en Flac. It is located on the second floor and faces the street. To the deer and piglets from the sanctuary can be enjoyed from the roof, which is shaped like a garden with a pool. The description in Booking corresponds to reality, and you will find modern, designer-style apartment consisting of two bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms, furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay. My favorite appliance is the Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is located near the beach in a nice and safe neighborhood. It is very convenient as a starting point for daily excursions. The owner Antish helped us a lot by finding us a rental car with very good conditions. The company is called Turquoise Samtours and I recommend it. She offers a lot of excursions and has an office near the apartment, just opposite the Jumbo supermarket. Also, Antish allowed us to leave the apartment 2 hours later without extra charge. Last but not least I want to thank Kentish and Varuna for their kindness and responsiveness. They take care of the apartment and welcome and see off the guests. Special thanks again to Kentish for the curry leaves he gave me even though someone had picked them for him. He didn't forget to bring me more on the way out. Kentish will forever remain in my heart.

The modern apartment is very bright, clean and we loved staying there. The pool is beautiful and we could not get enough of looking at that mountain. The key handover for the apartment was extremely polite and the staff very nice. We can recommend to stay in this property is you wish to stay in Flic en Flac. The closest restaurant Zub Express served the best (Indian) food we had on our holiday in 2 weeks.
On the ground floor level there are quite hard to use parking spots and to the back is a huge area with deers and pigs - every time going down especially our kids loved looking at the animals.
Only minor thing was the balcony furniture could be more comfortable, maybe a new pillow to sit on would do already.

Location in the less busy part of Flic en Flac with few minutes walk to the very nice and quieter part of the public beach. Appartment clean and equiped with all necessities. Host and his team is very cooperative and attentive. Responds in minutes to any special needs. Nice friendly neighbours. Rooftop pool well maintained.

This is the extraordinary apartment in all aspects. Very nicely equipped with modern furniture, all kitchen amenities in place, large terrace with a view of the mountain and large natural park with deers who came to us for goodies every day. The view was even better from the infinity pool on the roof. Really fast (±90Mbps) dedicated internet just perfect. And only 5 minutes walk (250m) to the beach and shops. We enjoyed the whole week and have many pleasant memories, thanks for that.

It was a wonderful stay at this property for me and my family. It was exactly the same as in photos. Very well decorated, very clean, very pleasant and fully equipped and furnished. We felt like we are staying at our own home, it was that lovely and comfortable. View of forest deers from the balcony was an exceptional experience for all of us :-)
Flic-En-Flac beach is hardly 250 meters away from this property and it takes hardly 5 mins of walk to reach there. Its one of the best beaches of Mauritius. Supermarkets are in the vicinity of this property. On top Antish is an amazing and very cooperative host, he will help you with everything you need.
Overall this is an excellent place to stay while in Mauritius, highly recommended.

You really couldn't ask for more.
The host was also extremely helpful and friendly.
Not a great deal, but maybe a few sunbeds around the roof-top pool. Having said that, this is probably out of the host's hands.

Everything was perfect. Apartment is nice and new with all required equipement. Two bathrooms with big shower space. Kitchen well equiped (we appreciated Nespresso coffe machine). We felt like home. Animals who you can feed under the teracce is nice addition. Roof teracce is nice as well as you will have great view on entire city and forest behind the apartment. Public beach is few minutes by walk so super easy to reach it. Smaller supermarket and gift shops are near as well.
Nothing in regards to accomodation which was perfect. Just be aware that if you will want to go to bigger supermarket (Jumbo Express) where you will get better prices and more stuff you will need to walk/drive 1.6km to reach it.

the noise from the road, and the noise from hunting from the park also disconcerting, maybe just warn clients. The downstairs parking smelled bad from waste management, I don’t know if that is unusual.

Great appartement, close to the supermarket and restaurants. Very close to the beach. The swimming pool on the roof top has an amazing view. Most kitchen utensils are provided if you want to cook.
There was a washing machine but no washing machine detergent.

A lovely clean apartment, comfortable bed with a beautiful view on top of the roof swimming pool. Only a few metres away from the beach, five minutes drive to Jumbo supermarket. Very helpful and friendly landlord for any advice/tips.

Brand new apartments, very comfortable and well lit.
5 min walk to the public beach and to local shops. I would recommend Zub express Indian restaurant with the same distance to walk.
Kitchenware, towels, linens - everything we needed was there.
The uniqueness of the place is that it borders with the wildlife sanctuary. You can see and feed deers and wild pigs right from the balcony (the apts are on the 2nd floor). We enjoyed doing that every morning and evening. Had a feeling of living in a wild nature.
The building has a pool on the roof with wonderful view on mountains. It was not clean when we arrived but the owner Antish did his best to call the cleaning service and fix that.
Homekeepers Ken and Varuna are very friendly and keen to help.
Floors were dirty when we came.
Everything apart from that was excellent
