No problems, nice place.

Very friendly staff at the reception desk. The patio is nice, although sparse. It's an easy walk to old town, but it can be hot if you do it in the middle of the day.

The last flight of stairs to the apartment are a little narrow, so if you have giant suitcases, bring along someone in good physical condition. The apartment is a little light on furniture. In the living/dining room area, aside from a table and four plastic chairs, there were only two large upholstered rocking chairs. The rockers on these chairs extend unusually far out in front, leading to frequent stumbles and ankle bumps. There is one room which is not useful because it had no furniture at all. There was no microwave, which I should have known, so I can't complain, but it is an odd omission. The WIFI was good, but doesn't reach through the concrete walls to the patio.

Excellent staff and service and access to Old San Juan make this a solid place to stay!

The location was perfect in terms of access to highways and Old San Juan (15 min walk)! The staff is very friendly and responsive. The facilities are clean and secure. The beds were so comfortable. Right next door to a bakery, small grocery store, and Tostado Restaurant which serves an amazing breakfast although pricey!!!! Also a terrific food truck if you want to eat onsite.

The accommodations especially the bathroom/shower are somewhat small for a family. It could use an update with a more comfortable couch in the living room and the WiFi is not functional in the bedroom areas. Also - need a microwave in the kitchen!

I will definitely consider staying at this location during my next trip.

-Proximity to Old San Juan. Less than 15 minute walk! -Secure entrances -Close to locals. Locals were very polite and willing to provide tips for eating and sightseeing. -Located within 500 feet of a convenience store, breakfast eatery, bakery, and free onsite parking -Views of ports and ships -Onsite laundry facility, office workspaces, and lounges -Evening/Overnight security - Felt very safe walking to and from the tourist areas. -Located within 1-2 blocks of main/lighted roads and sidewalks -The area/neighborhood is undergoing redevelopment but construction /improvement activities could not be heard and did not create shutdowns or limited access to facilities.

-Microwave ovens are available in the workspace 8a-4p and front desk areas 6a-1130p but not in the apartment. -No swimming pool but AC units and ceiling fans worked really well.

Despite some of the flaws, I think for this hotel matches up to its price.

Very smooth check in and out, facilities are great, laundry available, working space has great atmosphere. Wifi signal is pretty good. The rooms are very spacious, with a great living room area and spacious bedrooms. very ideal if travelling as a family. Great value for money.

Location. The hotel is 20 minutes walk to Old San Juan, but 30 minutes if you want to get to the west side of it. but on another note it's not expensive to Uber around the city from this hotel, usually anywhere we go cost is around 6$, airport is 15 ish which is great. Room seemed to be a bit old for some reason, even thought I think this is a new hotel. Toilet had yellow stain that couldn't be wiped off. Bathroom is pretty small. Also gets a bit noisy at night, main bedroom not affected, but the single room can hear all the noises from outside. Mosquitos, a lot of them, so bring your repellents when you come.

Close to old SanJuan, cute balcony, clean, safe. Friendly and responsive staff.

Lots of stairs. Wifi in bedrooms was iffy.

Affordable, Friendly and Convenient

The staff was accommodating, even though I arrived at almost 2:00AM! The rooms were neat and clean.They provide off street parking for your rental. You can also take a quick Uber ride to Old San Juan. You must go to Tostado for breakfast. It's a quick walk from the building. Yum 😋

Some parts of the surrounding area might, seem a little sketchy, but don't worry. They are working on it. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again!!

I liked the coffee machine in the reception. The apartment was big

We did not have warm water in the shower! The neighborhood is not safe I was told, but we did not run into problems ourselves. The view is towards a construction place. All in all I expected to get more for the price we paid.

A good value - large apartment in a newly renovated building with a sweet and professional staff.

The staff at the San Augustin Apartments was great - friendly, helpful and professional. The newly renovated buildings are clean and the furnishings are cute and comfortable. The business center has a good coffee machine available during the day. The Wifi is strong. The location is funky - in an up and coming neighborhood with a few bars, restaurants and galleries. There is a lot of construction underway and the area is sparsely populated - but it is close to the beach, in a walk-able neighborhood, and a short taxi ride will bring you to Old San Juan. The concierge at the front desk was very accommodating and sweet. A good value in Puerta di Tierra neighborhood near Balneario del Escambrón Beach where you can enjoy sun and palm trees, swimming, and food trucks right in the middle of the city.

It would have been nice to have a couch in the apartment and a few more hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms for clothing. The apartments feel so newly finished that these are just details that will probably be worked out over time.

EXCEPTIONAL

We had a flight cancelation but they reached out to us and were very understanding to the point of making a refund for one night. Their communication was EXCEPTIONAL and very friendly people to deal with. Alexandra was very awesome receiving us and guiding us on a few things. She was EXCEPTIONAL! We shall be back! Great deal for a low budget too and close to everything you need for fun in San Juan.

I have nothing to complain about. All amenities were working properly.

Great Stay

Very clean and modern rooms with a smart TV in the living room. The bed was super comfy and the location was quiet. If felt safe since you had to type in a lock code to get in through the gate as well as use a lockbox to get your keys.

If I had to pick one thing that was bad and this is being picky. I would say the towels are like sandpaper. They are a bit rough on the skin.

this was a really great place to say close to Old San Juan. The hosts were awesome and had 24/7 support. They also checked in with us a few times to see how everything was going. It came with a refrig and stove top and the essentials needed. they were really helpful when we needed supplies and the charm of the place is outstanding. parking is right across the street, however you could also easily park on the street. check instructions were also very easy to follow.

the rooms could be enhanced with a microwave since there is not a oven. Wifi in the front was great but no so great in the back. that is problematic if you don't want to be sitting always doing work.

Very good

Nice spacious apartament with a wonderful terrace and balcony.

There was a construction in the next building so if we would've wanted to sleep in, then it would have been impossible. I feel like during this period you should tell your customers that there is noise. Otherwise really nice place and very friendly staff.

Crystal and staff were very accomodating!!! Paula, in the business center always smiling and delightful! Neighborhood location close to the Capitol and locals were mostly friendly! GOTTA HAVE MOSQUITO REPELLENT IF YOU LEAVE BALCONY DOOR OPEN!

Hot shower takes forever and only gets warm....no power outlet in bathroom. Overall, was ok....definitely not 5 star.....maybe a bit pricey for the 8 days.....but, STAFF , WAS EXCELLENT!!!!

the property is located in a very well spot. everything is 10 min away, the ocean, restaurant. bars. the facility was nice and clean. the front desk attendee were always at service. they are quick to respond. they are all nice and friendly.

Cute apartment, great staff and location!

The location and staff were great; they are very responsive. The place was clean and the wifi was strong. We had access to the rooftop but did not have a chance to use it.

The couch in the living room was a little uncomfortable and there were no tables to put drinks on. our first night was a little noisy due to a party happening a few doors over but it didn’t last too late into the night.
