kitchen drawers sticking, wifi information provided was not correct and shower leaked onto bathroom floor.

couldn’t get the oven to work

the location was perfect! the whole of surfers at your doorstep! the hotel facilities were good too

there were a lot of crock roaches on the balcony and the windows were not clean. the bathroom showers could use a freshen up as the metal soap holders were all rusted.

The location was perfect. You don’t need a car to travel to other places there. The tram stop is so close from the location. The beach was also a walking distance from the apartment.

The internet was very very slow that we need to use our mobile phones internet (4G) during our stay. Also, we couldn’t turn on the smart tv option on both TVs ( but doesn’t matter because as I mentioned before the internet was slow so no use from trying watching Netflix or YouTube).

Location,views of all rooms,good kitchen,comfy beds and pillows.just everything you want in an apartment.

Comfortable beds, convenient location and the pools were nice although not very clean pool surroundings.

Firstly, someone had parked in our designated parking spot and we were forced to find our own parking. The hot water didn’t work the 2nd morning and no reasons given when enquired about hot water service limits/restrictions. Balcony door couldn’t be locked or secured and staff offered to check and entered without permission as previously discussed they needed to call to arrange a time to enter. After hours contact couldn’t help or answer any questions, room was unsecured entire stay causing anxiety and stress. The lounge was very dirty and uncomfortable. The pool areas weren’t clean and we seen the same rubbish in the same places from day 1 on day 3. Other small issues but overall a disappointment.
