Staff very good at reception and restaurant. AC was good.

Hotel room could be more clean - standard was not that high for cleanliness overall. Hotel room food menu needs replacing with new as was clearly a very old and dirty menu. Also the AC remote was dusty and not clean. Shower had cold water only on my visit - could be due to being solar powered water heating facility in Nepal, however the hotel could have a better system so thier guests get hot water on demand all the time so it's a mark down for me. (Note this may occur in many, many hotels in Nepal) Bathroom towels need replacing also or washing better. Hotel seems to have invested in new lighting and electrics but not on the areas that make a difference in terms of comfort for the guests in critical areas - does not make sense to me.

It's a nice hotel with a walking distance of Pashupatinath Temple. Hotel staff is very good and cooperative. They did not ask us to pay single rupees before checkout and organize our local visit as well as Pandit Jee for temple.

Although Bathroom is specious and clean but I would suggest them to cover shower area with an enclosure so that it will not wet entire bathroom and room.

Staffs are good, food were good.

We did not take any breakfast as we had gone for Darshan of Lord PashuPati Nath. We normally do not take anything before the darshan is completed. We heard that veg food is normally not available. What is your view whether it is available in hotel or outside or in Nepal. So that we can advice the people accordingly . We wanted to plan for stay for more days but the plan had to be restricted due the reason that veg food good quality is not available. Accordingly the booking had been done. Kindly answer the above so that we can advice thd people accordingly. One more thing , i do not know whether I had paid complete charge of tea to you. If not kindly let me know how to pay. Some points such as starting of TV, hot water availability food availability, breakfast facilities , veg food etc can be explained by the person who is taking the client to the room. We go there for darshan. There are good chances of cheating by pandit. Direction, advice, help can be given in this regard to reduce the charges by pandits / agents. One should try to break such type of efforts.
