The location is one of the best in Casablanca. We have the main attractions, restaurants and the sea coast all very close. The view from the balcony and Ibrahim as host is what led to giving it a perfect 10. What the accommodation offers: - Exceptional location - Clean - Contact by the host from booking to check-out - Location indications including photos - Option of stairs or elevator - Comfortable stay for group of 4 people - View to the Hassan II Mosque (4th floor) - Air conditioning - Television - Iron - Towels - Water and some cookies at the entrance - Kitchen equipped with fridge and stove - Good wifi - Washing machine Attentive staff and honest and trustworthy people. I booked by mistake on the wrong date and they resolved the situation immediately!!! Thank you.

shower really cramped and gets cold after a while tight space to get to the parking and we got parked in in the morning so was hard to get out 10 euro cleaning fee for what? we had to ask for tea towels to clean the dishes and was no paper towels or enough toilet paper The kitchen stove had an electrical issue and electrocuted us when cooking to the point where we were unable to use it. the same happened when we plugged in the sandwich press which is super unsafe. we paid approx 81 aud in total for the night including tax and cleaning fee so I wouldn’t say it was great value for money Casablanca is also really intense to drive through so not really easy to get to the property. there was a car crash at the intersection right outside in the morning

The apartment hygienically very clean, Ibrahim was very charming and welcoming person. Mbamba a caretaker was very supportive, carefully handled the luggage and providing information. The view as described was magnificent nearer to the Hassan ll Mosque. There are several cafés nearby, shops and the ocean. There is everything you need to make you happier for your stay.

The location is perfect and it's a minute walk from Hassan II mosque and indeed you have a view of it from the window as per the listing. The promenade is also few mins walk away. The only thing is the tram stop is not close but that wasn't a dealbreaker as taxis are dirt cheap in Casablanca and you could get to 6-7km radius from the place (which covers most of the city and railway stations) for less than 1.5euros for 2 people!

You've had to indicate when your arrival is as the name of the apartment is not visible from outside and the host would basically accompany you to the apartment. The other thing I didn't like was the bedroom sheets and towels were not ready at our arrival even though we had indicated a 2pm arrival and housekeeping took ~20 mins to get the place fully ready for us.

Ibrahim is a great host. I had difficulty getting cash in Morocco so he offered me to pay with PayPal and we did mistake by the payment but he was nice to use and offer us a great stay.

Location was hard to beat.

The place itself is not very clean. But we booked for four people and the sofa bed wasnt made up when we got there at 11pm. There was coffee pods provided for the machine. But there were only 2 pods for four of us.. And there was only 1 towel for all four us. Which was not good. We did message the property about the towels but didnt get a response for it.

The location is amazing. The apartment is quiet big, more than nerded for the 2 of us. And it was nice to have it all.

There was a smell from the pipes in the bathroom when we arrived.

The location is great. The view of the mosque from the bedroom window in the listing is accurate. The medina is only a few minutes' walk away, and there is a modern shopping center on the coast about a kilometer away.

Check-out was disorganized. The owner contacted me a day before my departure, but then I didn't hear from him again until over 24 hours later, 3 hours after I had left for the airport. I needed to guess and simply left the keys in the apartment, presuming that I didn't have the only copy. Also, contrary to the listing, I couldn't pay by credit card, only cash. (I try to minimize how much cash I withdraw while travelling.) The bathroom was a little musty, with several flies (not house flies, but I don't know the exact name) living there despite my attempts to get rid of them.

The location is super convenient for visiting the mosque, and the room is great, with parking too!

First of all, as soon as my flight has landed I've got contacted by the landlord, and he asked what time I will be at the adress.. when I arrived at the apartment, I've got greeted by the concierge, he showed me around... its a lovely, beautiful flat in the heart of casablanca, minute walk to famous Hassan Mosque, walking distance to marina shopping centre ( must visit).. , he gave me his direct number, if I have any issues, thanx god I had no issues.. I will definitely recommend this beautiful place. If I ever come back to casablanca, will stay here again.. 10/10

the location is excelent and convinient for all purposes, the appartment was well equiped and excellent value for your money. i highly recomment all travellers to use this location for thier stay on thier trip to casablanca, you wont regret it.

there is nothing i didn't like, it is ten times better then staying at a small hotel room, the location has access for all your needs. i advise not to listen to other negative comments about this place cause in my experience firsthand, i found that it lives up to its standard and great value for your money.. of course, there is some defaults here and there but you will find that in every hotel in Casablanca i guarantee you that, of course, it is noisy street outside but also you will find that in every hotel location in Casablanca as well, so if your not so neurotically picky you will enjoy your stay definately.

The helpfulness of " Bamba the concierge" from when I arrived till when I left... also met Ibrahim today who was a good and helpful person too. The cleaning girls from senegal are a credit, I actually saw them doing full and deep cleaning

The place hard to find because there was no signage it took a long time to find
