Good quality furniture and very clean flat. We enjoyed chilling by the kitchen diner. Felt like we were in a posh bar...drinking our chardonnay with my people. Thanks so much. Highly recommended.

Peaceful location but you really need a car as it is quite far from the shopping centre. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was self catering apartment but there was fresh milk in the fridge and some cereals, sugar, coffee and teabags and a bowl of fresh fruit for us.

Only the distance from the main shopping centre. It is a long walk to amenities such as shops, dining and pubs without a car.

The property was not clean and not that luxurious as stated the staff has very bad attitude the price is much higher compared to other apartments with better location.

the staff has shown very bad attitude, not answering the calls, doesn’t like to refund the deposit. he sent email to me and replied back several times but not answering. Keep exaggerating and telling there is minor damage , although we left the apartment in a the same condition we got .

Finding we had tea,coffee etc. The milk and fresh fruit were very much appreciated.

The apartment needed a mirror in the main bathroom. More cutlery. Some side plates. A jug.

The property is nicely decorated and furbished. Very suitable for family with kids.

Excellent location just off motorway but in a quiet area. Spacious flat with all mod cons necessary included. Nice touch to provide cereal, milk, fruit and cookies. Even the dog that was left in the flat was well behaved! (it was an ornament before anyone is worried about having to dog sit)

Host was very friendly and accessible over the phone. Very patient and explained how yo find the box. The apartment is deceiving from outside as we could not believe the space when we got inside. Beautifully furnished

Really lovely flat in a nice area, absolutely spotless, rooms big and airy and comfortable bed. Really nice touch having cereal/milk/tea etc for us to use, we would love to stay again.

Location was good for what we needed and it was a very modern and well furnished apartment but needs more kitchen equipment and better cleaning routine.

Cleanliness was an issue on arrival food spillage in freezer ie frozen fruit might have been there a while ie defrosted when appliance switched off then re frozen also sausages and bacon left by previous occupant ? not cleaned up, neither was fridge cleaned out foodstuff ie opened milk ,butter ,cheese, sauces etc. Dirty crockery left in dishwasher that we had to wash up before we could have something to eat?. Also not a very well equipped kitchen ie no oven gloves,no tea plates, no baking trays to use in oven (maybe why shelves and bottom of oven dirty )and no jug or cheese grater. More towels needed as there were 3 of us and only two towels provided.
