I loved our room! We were central to many area beaches and had a blast

Exceptional

The room was extremely clean. Everything we needed was right there. The sunsets were amazing.

I planned to go on the sunset cruise on Sunday. Was told there would be no cruise due to predicted rain. It didn't rain on Sunday. Very disappointed

Needs to be cleaner... but was wonderful overall.

The location is what does it. I love the water view with both sides of the hotel.

It wasn't as clean as I would like it to be. There were rings on the counter tops from drinks before my stay... looks like it didn't get wiped. There was trash behind the trashcan as well in the room.. There was an old rag on the shower head. I threw it away... and mildew in shower. The closet door was broken when I got there. I was never able to close it. Witch is a bummer cause it's a mirror.... the ac worked well. Didn't have to touch it and the bed was pretty comfy.

A lovely, quaint little marina that has clean, comfortable,, relaxing condos. I love traveling, and as a middle-aged woman who enjoys traveling both with my family and friends AND sola, I will only visit places that are CLEAN, free of any type of smoking, obnoxious people, and creeps. I felt very safe here and absolutely LOVED the accomodations, marina, and grounds. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to visit the pool, but will do so on my next visit. The manager, Luis, was attentive and even made sure to have the blender that I requested for my fresh juices delivered before I had arrived! There are lovely 🏖️🏖️🏖️🏖️ beaches in the area and St. Pete's beach 🏖️ is about 45 minutes away. I liked the fact that I had a parking space within 20 feet of my room. I slept so well, too! Overall great experience and next time I'll bring my husband. 💕💕💕 By the way, the price was GREAT!!! I wasn't expecting such a simple, clean, lovely, beachy condo for the price that was offered. I also liked the fact that there was TILE and not carpeting and a clean couch next to my Queen-sized bed. I love fresh, airy, liveable rooms. There was also a mini fridge, a coffee pot, and lots of fresh white towels. Cute little chairs where you could sit out and enjoy the 🌞☀️ Well-kept grounds and pleasant guests (overall).

I couldn't see the room numbers from my car. That was frustrating.

Great value for the dollar. The room is above average and really close to a lot of good activities.

The scenery was gorgeous. The host made it possible to check in a little early...took a sunset cruise, so didn't get to use the pools or hot tub, but everything looked great!

trip was amazing and would definitely stay here again! Price is amazing for the location and everything around. A nice l

perfect central location to everything!! We were able to make it to both Clearwater and Sarasota around 1.5 hr each time. Room was nice, bay view and 2 minute walk to the cute bohia beach. They also let us adjust leaving time from 10 to 12 which was very nice!

We didn’t like how security treated us multiple times and thought maybe it was because we were younger and the community is mostly older folks. Also that the pool closed at dusk.

Nice location and amenities. We very much enjoyed the harbor side dolphin watching with coffee in the mornings. Not too far from lots of activities. Nice restaurants on site.

Most uncomfortable bed and pillows. Room could use some updates and deep cleaning.

Pleasant Stay in a Resort like development

The "resort" is a nice destination place. Good pools, restaurant and a good location for us. Can't beat the room rate when compared with hotels in the area.

Room was not ready when we arrived, don't think it was cleaned properly in the rush to finish up for us. Although the pictures completely explain the accommodations the "Condo" description could be a little misleading to some. This is a room with a bathroom, just like a hotel room.

Peaceful by the Bay. Had a Keurig coffeemaker for him (only type he uses). Staff attentive, Carla in condo right away when we couldn’t work TV.

A light bulb was out inside entrance.

The property was very comfortable and close to where i needed to stay. Easy check-in and check-out. It was clean and no odors. There were chairs and a table outside the door to sit 👍. We had no time to use the pool but it looked very nice.

There were the odd noises from the unit above and from the humidifier. These overall were not a bug deal.

The room itself was a bit dated. The leather chair padding was old and the leather worn away in spots. The cleanliness could have been better in the sink area. There were mugs and silverware but no dish detergent to clean.

The location was excellent and it was perfect for my kids and I for the weekend. Will be booking again soon.

We only had 1 bathroom washcloth and 2 towels. Would also recommend supplying a small bottle of dishwashing liquid.
