1 - l'emplacement très bruyant en bord de route passante de jour comme de nuit, loin de tout , terrasse abritée sauf quand il pleut la toiture fuit 2 - salle de bains : rideau de douche moisi, serviettes minuscules qui sentent mauvais, lave linge sale et rouillé 3 - le lit inconfortable, le bois de lit qui va bientôt s'écrouler 4 - cuisine peu équipée, sale, éponge sale, pas de produit ménager 5 - état général délabré

Great view - was fun to watch all the action in lagoon and see the airport activity across the lagoon. Very comfortable and great air condition. Feel this property was a good value for the island.

Parking spot was very small and tight. Expectation for 2 cars there was not realistic and we noticed another guest had to park across the street during our stay. The landscaping man working there helped us figure out things and was very friendly like most Polynesians. One of the neighbors was pretty uptight about how i parked like nitpicking and that wasn't appreciated. Some of the appliances need an upgrade. The oven knob was completely broken and it was hard to pinch the control to turn on oven. The refrigerator has rust spots all over it and that was not nice to look at. I didn't see anything up front about a deposit required and that was something I had to do at the last second before our stay. Deposit was returned fully though as we respected the property.

Leider hatten wir keinen persönlichen Kontakt, weder mit Hilsa noch mit jemandem sonst, obwohl in der ersten Willkommens-Mail noch stand, dass wir in Vaitape persönlich empfangen würden. Die Armaturen im Bad haben ihre beste Zeit längst hinter sich, so auch mancher Ausstattungsgegenstand…

Clean. Well equiped. Everything you need is in the studio. Nice view on sea. Close to the water.

You can hear the road traffic but on the north side of the island its not too bad.

Nice place to relax

It was extremely loud, I could hear all the neighbours and the traffic. And when I asked for toilet paper they said I should buy in a supermarket…absolutely no go by this price.

Location very far away from everything Ants and small worms around the house

very noisey, oven didn’t work properly, worms and big cockroaches were coming in every night, had a day without water from like 8am until 4pm
