There was everything in the unit needed. Liked the Santa clause reading book. So many nice touches.

Great location

The window coverings didn't block out light or noise. The windows and walls are very thin so can hear everything from the neighbours who were very noisy the first 2 nights. The hotwater ran out very quickly. The bathroom was tiny. There were no wine glasses. Would be great to have some seating on balcony.

Location and facilities were good .Close to main street and eateries .

In the information on the unit it stated there were seaviews which was incorrect . The opposite side of the street was fully covered by trees . It was a only a minor discrepency which didnt take away from the holiday.

position was excellent close to all the shops. Was stocked with all you needed for a short stay.

The hot water ran out very quickly whilst you were showering. The blind above the bed needs to be darker as it lets the street light shine in. They need to supply more blankets.The kitchen stools are the most uncomfortable I've ever sat on. Needs internet.

Didn't know where to put my rubbish bag once bin filled up.

More blankets and heater required. Gas bottle nearly empty

The hot water ran out all the time so you had to have short showers for adults and boil the kettle for hot water in the kitchen.. The bedroom needs darker blinds, the street light shines through on the back one so the room never gets dark. The kitchen stools are very uncomfortable to sit on, Needs more accessible blankets, we had to use our own.

Bathroom extremly small one has to get out into the bedroom to dry yourself. To use the toilet required some contotions. Bedroom window leaked during heavy rain and wetted the carpet.

Access after dark was difficult: no street or peripheral lighting down the side of the building and back . Blinds in the bedroom did not block out the lights of the neighbouring apartment. Lack of WiFi is a negative for the price. Kitchenette tap handle is loose - came off Screen door to balcony doesn't lock- broken.

lounge was uncomfortable- one of the cushions had someone’s blood on it. I removed cover & ran it under cold water to try & remove it. The cushion had been placed face away from vision. Still has stain that remains. Bedside tables were dusty. I found a piece of someone’s jigsaw puzzle on the floor. With all the instruction of visitor needing to leave the unit in exceptional condition/ or further payments will be required, I just wonder how much professional cleaning is actually being done..

Perfect location , just steps to beach and shops.

Firstly, there was no external lighting ( either street or building) at the RH front of the building, which is a safety concern. The shower head could not be positioned to stream onto your head, instead washing the wall. Rather difficult to shower without holding the shower head in place.
