A Great stay!

The property was clean and staff kind and courteous. We were a family(wife and 3 young kids). There was a little issue at breakfast but Joy and Sonia sorted us out. We are very grateful to them!

The lift was done our entire stay and we were on the Top floor! The breakfast spread can be better also.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY

1)I liked the modern lounge at the reception. A bit small though. 2) Large flat screen tv was good and sharp. Netflix though not readily available. 3) Fragrance in the reception was very good and welcoming. Keep it up please. 4) Hotel location is good and easily accessible.

1)The chairs in the dining room are far too large for the space. Please replace with smaller upholstered chairs. 2) Partner with serious car hire companies to provide clean cars for airport shuttle at a competitive fixed price. 3) Time lag for dstv programs to come on after switching on tv. Frequent call for technician's help. 4) Step up your breakfast by providing buffet with the following: akara balls, boiled yam,egg stew, fish stew, fried plantain, watermelon, Pineapple, banana, akamu, oats, White rice, boiled eggs, bottle water. Suggested breakfast rate after improvement could be N6,500 per person. 5) The entrance car port is not accessible because of parked cars blocking it. One could be drenched if it is raining on arrival.

Great Place, Great Stay

Great location. Easy access to everything and everywhere and the staff were very helpful. Sadly, the smart TV and the internet didn't agree with each other.

Cannot think of anything bad apart from the Wi-Fi network and the TV

Superb

Lovely boutique hotel with friendly staff and very functional amenities in a great location. Room had wide variety of cable channels and decor and ambience was spot on. A very good hotel

It was my place of solitude after a stressful day in the city. Thank you.

It is well located - close to shops and easy transportation. It was neat and the meals were tasty. The staff are courteous and welcoming. The amenities were fit for purpose.

The bathroom drain was blocked, stopping the quick flow of water. I informed the staff at check out and it was immediately assigned to be fixed. This is an isolated incident and it didn’t ruin my experience.

Relaxing and nice rtrip.

Breakfast was nice.facilities were great, staff were awesome and eager to help. Somtochukwu and Arinze received me very warmly.

The aesthetic and interior decoration is really lovely, feels like home here. Will definitely recommend.

The rooms and corridors were infested with mosquitoes, my little boy was seriously bitten and he got malaria the next day and had to get injections. It was really bad to say the least.
