Excellent location, right in the middle of Ely. Free coffee and tea! Comfortable living room.

Clean and tidy with good cooking facilities, and in a good central location.
The bed is on a platform which is difficult to climb up to. The stairs to reach the apartment are very dark.

Surprisingly large bathroom and great kitchen amenities.
Comfortable lounge area.
It wasn't obvious from the photographs or the property description that the bedroom was basically a mattress on a platform up a steep set of ladder stairs. The bed was comfortable.
Anyone with a disability or in a mature age group might struggle.

Very clean property, and central location. Kitchen and living room had everything we needed.
Hadn’t realised bed was more of a loft space, so not as easy to get down. Shower head spray was not very strong, would recommend a non slip mat in bath. Bathroom door didn’t stay closed.

The bed. I had not realised this was on a platform with poor access the entrance hall was unpleasant.

Great alternative to a hotel, especially if you want to self-cater. The location in the centre of Ely is also good if that is what you need, but also close to a public car park if you need to do business in the area and are there with a car.

Excellent quiet location. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy sofa and bed.
The water wasn't programmed to be hot in the evening (we had to manually boost it).
The bed was on a platform up narrow stairs with limited headroom; this was not clear from the web site.

Perfect location, comfortable, cozy, and clean. Would definitely recommend!
Water pressure was low. There is no door between the living room and the loft (only a doorway) - just FYI!

Some food bits left in sink from the previous guests.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything that I needed was available (I'd brought my own fan due to the heat!)

Great location, close to a car park and very convenient for shops and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable and flat was nice and warm.
Pressure in the shower but that is just personal preference and won’t stop us from staying again.

Clean, warm and in a convenient location with good cooking facilities.
There was only one set of towels but I had booked for two people. Up some dark steep stairs- the instructions omitted to say that there was a light which we only found later! The bedside reading light did not work. Parking was not fully 24 hours as restriction applies 8am til 08.30 so needed to get up early to move car
