Great Owner, Helpful, pretty clean place, brand new, internet is usually good without being hyper speed. The only draw is that it's 2km from downtown but then downtown hotels are 70$ instead of 30$ so I was just taking a 20 min walk. There a pretty good Taco Place called Taco Poblanos within a 5 min walk and a liquor store/Convenience store Nearby. A can will set you back about 80 pesos to Downtown. They can also wash your clothes if needed for 150 pesos....I thought this was a little pricey for Mexico. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was more spacious and shower had hot water for 3-4 minutes
