Everything was really good in the beginning then when we went to put our kiddos to bed in the bunk beds there was poop 💩 in the bed, which even stained the bed frame. Then the company tried having the cleaning crew come clean something that was a potential biohazard. The cleaning people said the safest thing would be to toss the mattress but they were told not too. So, we were short two beds, the company did nothing to help us and they haven’t even refunded us for our cleaning fee. I am really sad about our stay. I expected more out of this due to the location but unfortunately I would not recommend staying here after this. I know things happen but they kept telling me they were going to call me and solve something and never did. I’m not even in the same town anymore and they still haven’t reached out to me. If you ever stay in the area I’d recommend somewhere different.

The home & location was fabulous. The house was large and had plenty of space for all of us. We rented bikes and were able to bike or walk to many locations. Such a beautiful area.

We had a minor issue with the WiFi not connecting and an issue with the outdoor shower that took some time to get a maintenance person over for, but once he arrived it was a quick fix.

Location was quiet and sunny. The house was decorated cute and it was nice and spacious. Master bedroom was cozy. Guest bedrooms were also cozy. Parking was easy. Close to Rosemary Beach and a walk to the community beach. Cool coastal style.

The stairs are steep, so older folk may reconsider. Some kitchen basics were lacking. The grill fell apart from rust. Construction next door. The community pool was so darn cold - Even little kids wouldn't swim in it.
