The property was gated and felt very safe. Also, all ameneties advertised were available and in excellent condition. The hosts were very responsive to anything that came up during my stay.

The upstairs tenat was very noisy even though we complained and teh management company tried to get him to be more quiet. It was difficult to recieve packages due to no reception area.

Location of the apartment was excellent with a lot of eating options within walking distance. Also tourist attractions like Hollywood Walk of Fame were within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Kitchen facilities were adequate. The rooms and bathrooms were of good size. Also it was good to have a washer and dryer in the apartment.

There was only one temperature controller for the entire apartment including all rooms. Would be better if there are separate temperature controls for the rooms.

Very clean and quiet property. IHOP is walking distance and there's a grocery store at the end of the block. The property is a short Uber ride from Universal Studios, Hollywood Lake Park, Hollywood Walk of Fame, and many more sights.

Needed more towels (wash clothes) and dedicated towel (rug) to use when getting out of shower. Living room furniture not too comfortable. Would have liked TVs in all bedrooms with wi-fi connections.
