החדר היה שבור, הארונות וכל ריהוט בחדר הכל היה במצב ממש לא טוב. הדוש שבור,במקלחת יש מים או רותחים או קפואים,
הבריכה הייתה עם ירקת לא היה אפשר לשחות.
בכלל לא כמו בתמונות. אכזבה גדולה.

Good location in the middle of Sai Yuan, staff were friendly enough. Good value for money for a couple of nights stay
Housekeeping didn’t clean the room, towels didn’t get changed and they need to clean the floor of the sun deck area. The cushions on the sun deck chairs are starting to turn black with a bit of mould

פקידת הקבלה היתה נחמדה ושרותית מאוד , קבלנו חדר גדול ונקי עם כניסה ויציאה לחדר דרך הבריכה .
השהות שלנו בחדר היתה נעימה גם המיזוג היה רועש אבל עשה את העבודה.
בחדר היו שלטים על אזהרות לגבי נזק אפשרי לחדר , לקחתם פיקדון והשלטים האלה נותנים הרגשה של אכסניית נוער. כמו כן היו מרצפות שבורות בחדר.
השטח מסביב לבריכה לא נקי ולא מתוחזק מספיק.

Great value for money! Beautiful, spacious rooms, really friendly staff, decent location. Air conditioner was also placed really well for my taste (far away from bed) so we wouldn't get sick.
The lighting in the bathroom could be improved, it was a bit dark.

great atmosphere, quiet and clean room, nice staff. you will need a motorcycle, but the staff can help with that. The nearest beach is about 1,5 km away.

Value for Money. No issues at all. All amenities were there.
Waiting for Check in. I had to wait at least 2-3 hours to check in. Please try to accommodate early check in if guests arrive early.

Very comfortable room, new facilities and furniture, etc. Great window view looking at the pool and palm trees.

The receptionist was super lovely! We had a late check-in as our flight was delayed and she waited until we arrived. Quiet area and superb swimming pool and room facilities! Very clean :)

The staff are really friendly and guest focused. A professional check-in full of smiles.
Large room with pleasant balcony.
The aircon in the corridor is weird. Why not hang it on the building? The pipes are long enough for that.

- Can be noisy from other people staying in the same hotel or construction near by.

All the little things make the hotel so perfect for me. The pool direct in front of my room, top breakfast nearby, short way to Naiharn and Yanui Beach, Garage for my scooter, easy to order food, cheap drinks in the hotel, super comfortable bed, cheap laundry service, clean rooms and everything is not only there it is working. Really all you need and often miss in other hotels.Not to mention friendly, competent and helpful staff.
Rawai itself is a bit of a chaos.
