We cant do anything as group of people because the neighbor will get annoyed

The villa was massive can accommodate more than 3 families. The private pool gives additional point for the kids to have fun.

Upon arrival around 15:30 the housekeeping team was still cleaning. Their was cockroach at the kitchen. Their was no light or toilet papers at The guest washroom Their was no water at the fridge even when I asked the representative person was confirming that we will receive a 10 small bottles of same.

Loved it. A cozy community villa with private pool on a lovely backyard. The living room & kitchen were of the perfect size for a staycation.

- The amenities were limited (as there were only 4 bathrooms, there were only 4 of each which was not enough definitely for a group of 8 or so). - Hair blow dryer is much needed in all shower rooms.

This is located in a residential complex, not meant for gathering and for party

the location, the pool, house is big enough for a family, the professional reactivity of the staff

was not quite clean, the oven and the bbq were broken (the staff was very professional and provided us a new bbq the day after), the house need a deep cleaning and some renovations (humidity in the bathrooms)

The villa location is good . Hamra mall is very near .smqll kids play area near the villa The pool is good in size but not heated The bedrooms are clean (all in upper floors) The decoration of the villa is very nice and the furniture good and clean (except kitchen) Alot alot of balconies around the villa

The host promised of a late check out if not reserved by someone else .it was still available on booking but he said it was rented and refused late check out (he could have refused without saying that simply) Kitchen is not clean (microwave and water kittle are in new condition but very very dirty) Take all you need specially in kitchen (tissues ...soap ... ) they provide towels and soap in bathrooms and basic cookware in kitchen Take all bbq tools ..bbq grill small size Alot alot alot of mosquitos near pool area (bcz of water and trees) so take your mosquitos repellant In total we booked at the Christmas eve it was expensive ...for this high price it didn't meet our expectations

Our overall stay was amazing…wish we could extend more but this is just a weekend stay with family and friends. We will come back for sure We would like to personally thank Saman and the housekeeper for their hospitality 😊 The Villa was well equipped and we especially like the swimming pool
