Sinceramente poco parlando di un quattro stelle per me non ne poteva avere più di due

Poco curata, meriterebbe una rivisitazione di tutti gli impianti bagni e qualche serramento. Inoltre generatori assolutamente sotto dimensionati per tenere in piedi la struttura stessa quando manca la corrente

Liefde vol, omdat de eigenaar wist dat wij ziek waren. Hij stond de hele dag voor ons klaar!!

Wij kwamen ziek aan en de eigenaar wilde gelijk een dokter bellen. I.v.m. incontinentie heeft hij gelijk op mijn verzoek luiers voor mij gehaald. De volgende dag heb ik hem verzocht om de dokter te bellen. Er kwam een uitstekende arts die ons met infuus en antibiotica heeft behandeld in onze hotelkamer. Mijn vrouw is hersteld van de bacteriële infectie, maar ik niet. Toen heb ik dokter gevraagd om rapport te schrijven en zodra ik fit genoeg was een fly to fit verklaring.

Het zeer slechte matras op bed, waardoor wij vreselijke rugpijn kregen. Dit was echt vervelend, omdat wij ook nog eens ziek waren. Andere mensen hierover gesproken, die hadden er ook last van. Ik zou zeggen al die oude matrassen vervangen door goede nieuwe en het probleem is opgelost.

I loved the beach, enjoyed the pool and the food.

I loved how quiet and serene it was. The food was tasty. I felt really safe, considering I was traveling alone. The staff and management are very helpful and kind. It has really nice beach views and I loved waking up to walk by the beach and sleeping to the sound of the ocean. Also very clean pool.

Excelent !! Un loc de vis unde cu siguranta voi reveni.

Locul este un mic colt de rai. Daca in cataloagele turistice poti vedea imagini cu peisaje idilice cu nisip alb, palmieri si o apa de un albatru incredibil, aici sunt realitate. Locul este foarte curat si linistit. Nu este aglomerat. Te poti bucura in voie de plaja, nisip, soare. Mancarea este foarte, foarte buna si accesibila ca pret. Internetul merge impecabil. Acoperirea este foarte buna. Aveti semnal inclusiv in mare. Curatenie se face zilnic.

Mi s-a incasat comisionul care il percepe Booking pentru rezervare, ceea ce nu mi se pare corect. Relatia proprietatii cu Booking nu ma priveste.

Bardzo mili właściciele, obiekt bardzo przytulny i kameralny , na pewno jeszcze tam wrócę . Personel przemiły pani za barkiem chyba śpi z uśmiechem na twarzy 😂 , jedzenie bardzo dobre kucharz wie co robi 😊Dziękuję za wszystko za serdeczność i pomoc 😜 Pozdrawiam was wszystkich Ania z Polski ❤️❤️

New management for a cozy boutique hotel

The staff is amazing. Always smiley and kind. We only ate dinner once there and the food was good. The laundry service was very good: fast and cheap ($7 for a large bag of clothes).

The cocktail ($12 for a piña colada served in a pineapple) they served us pool side wasn't that special... And neither were the two virgin cocktails ($10 each, again served in a pineapple) they gave us after that. No shelves or wardrobe to store your clothes, just a hanger.

Vacanza stupenda, personale super cordiale sempre con il sorriso e molto ospitali dai proprietari a tutti i ragazzi che ci lavorano . Stanza pulita, sempre in ordine e molto spaziosa che da subito sulla spiaggia. Posizione della struttura ottimale. Un complimento particolare ai ragazzi della cucina, abbiamo mangiato davvero bene valorizzando i prodotti freschissimi locali e al nostro amico Abdallah (barman di fiducia). Insomma tutto perfetto e super consigliato per le vostre vacanze a Zanzibar. HAKUNA MATATA

Perfect Honeymoon location

The location is perfect.Directly on the beach, one of the best private beaches in Kiwengwa and we walked on the entire beach.The restaurant was also very good and also close to other restaurants.The personal including the owners goes over the top to fulfill all your requests.

The breakfast could have more variety.

A pandoras box

You can hear the beautiful sound of the ocean in your room.

The beach area is un-swimable, a lot of sea weed washes up ashore, the water doesn't seem so good. I found the breakfast to be underwhelming, at one point they ran out of 'sausages'. One thing I particularly did not like, was the owners father smoking at the 'indoor'/covered seating area every morning. I don't smoke nor like the smell of it, so it was quite disturbing. All I can say about Seashore is don't book it because of the wonderful reviews you read or the social media-worthy pictures you see here. Book it as though you are opening a pandoras box, you might get good service and value for your money or a holiday from hell. On one of the days there, the electricity went out the whole day (no electricity means no water in zanzibar, because the motors that power the borehole won't work without electricity. I'm not sure if it was an electricity problem or the owners hadn't paid the electricity bill, cause other places in Kiwengwa had electricity, even the neighbours) The generator the owners had kept tripping, so no electricity for the whole day.

Superb

The staff at this place are amazing. Very friendly, very humble, very helpful. You'll fall for them and miss them when you leave. They made my zanzibar trip worth while and shared memories for life. I will definitely visit again. Enjoyed the day bed a lot, lovely location right on the beach.

The English breakfast could improve. Maybe improve on the Sausages and beacon. But then again you get what you pay for.

Relaxing at the Seashore Villa

I opened the curtains and the beautiful sunrise greeted me in the morning. The area was nice and calm and relaxed and the hotel staff was very responsive especially as I had some diet related issues related to my recently finished safari trip.

The sand was too white, soft, and wonderful :)

Small paradise in Zanzibar

It is an exceptional and amazing location, room is clean and well decorated, a comfortable bed makes the stay extra special White sand, crystal clear water, and lovely sunbeds make the beach area very appealing Overlooking the ocean from the swimming pool, there is a beautiful view Our food was excellent and delicious, especially the seafood and pizza staff is friendly and smiley, chef is talented in food taste, bartender makes a wonderful drinks atmosphere is specifically designed to create unforgettable memories and romantic experiences

Hidden gem in Kiwengwa on beautiful beach

The hotel is a true gem. It is on the southern part of Kiwengwa village, which is very calm and has a beautiful beach right in front. The property has a very nice beach area with hammocks, loungers and mattresses where you can hang out at the beach the whole day. The food was exceptional, portion size and taste wise. And not to forget the staff, who were all very kind, attentive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We fully recommend staying at this hotel in this beautiful hidden gem part of the island.

directly at the beach - friendly staff - clean rooms - close to supermarket, restaurants

bar closed quite early (could be because we were the only guests) - Zanzibar has a lot of power cut offs, so we had almost half of one night no AC ( I don´t know if they have a generator or if it was the same reason, we were the only guests)

such a beautiful location, very quiet and lovely part to swim in the sea - lots of sand & no sea urchins or rocks. comfy beds and wonderful friendly staff

Relaxing bliss

This place is a gem! It’s super cozy and private. The people who work there are great. There’s also an italian 5 star chef who will take care of you. Considering going back very soon!

Very good

good location, quite place, nice view, hammock on the beach

there was no drinking water in room. I think for this price it should be 100%. our room (1) was close to the gates so it was noisy sometimes early in the morning. There were no shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. breakfasts were very basic. towels had smell of moisture. mixer in bathroom was broken. for this price needs improvement in service.

We would recommend Seashore Villa to everyone wanting to experience a slice of paradise on earth!

The location on the beautiful white sand beach was absolutely stunning. The staff were really kind, friendly and helpful. The pool area was sheltered from the wind on a windy day and a lovely haven to relax.

The mattress on the bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked. The ‘hot tub’ was not a hot tub - it had several jets but was not what we expected.
