La ubicación del apartamento.

No tiene terraza, a pesar de publicitarla. Limpieza muy deficiente. Material para limpieza ( esponjas/estropajos) muy usados. Menaje de cocina muy viejo y deficitario. Puerta del baño que no cierra y con picaporte roto. Vistas a una calle estrecha. Escasa presión de agua en la ducha. No hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Escasez de toallas. En resumen, alojamiento muy deficiente que no corresponde can la calidad que Booking suele ofrecer

A really nice, spacious apartment. Very clean and everything you needed was there.

Lovely clean apartment and quite central so once we recovered from our journey we were able to go out and explore the area, unfortunately as it we arrived on a Sunday, there wasn't much open! We got our bearings and wanted to return to Murcia during our holiday, which we did. Under 10 minutes walk and we were stood by the cathedral. We would happily recommend this apartment to our family and friends.

Parking wasn't easy, but this wasn't anything to do with the owner of the apartment!

The owner is very kind. Everything was nice.
