Apartment was dirty on arrival, smelt fusty windows you couldn't see out of them from dirt. And the stairs getting up to the Apartment no light until you get to the top extremely dangerous and drug deals happening outside Apartment in daylight apartment is in poor condition.

Spacious, comfortable,situated near shops close to the taxis to get to the city centre will shops for you stay.

Had a couple of leaks in the ceiling from upstairs but have contacted the property, so it should be looked at for future guests. So, all in all ok.

nothing the staff was rude. anytime you call they reject and tell you to text, even after texting reply won't come immediately

electricity went off at some point and wasn't fixed till after some long hour

The place was ok/passable - but not as nice as advertised.

The apartment definitely needs some TLC - there was a smell of damp/smoke in the air, the toilet seat doesn't fit properly at all & the shower in the bath is not particularly safe as very slippy to stand on. Is located in a very rough area of Newcastle.

Nice design, fairly equipped kitchen, fresh bedding and towels. Very close to metro station in a quiet area even tho it is on busy road.

Entrance from the back of the building, a little creepy for my taste, design poorly finished, mouldy bathroom, rooms a little overcrowded (7 bed spaces in one of the bedrooms and 3 in another)
