Area of Bangrak is not so good to stay

服务很好，前台Mai的服务很周到也很热情！ 私人沙滩还有泳池舒适度比较高。 房间的香氛很好闻

个人来说还是比较希望酒店有自助早餐， 岛上的水质比较差，放出来的水是黄色的，所以虽然定了spa浴缸房间，还是没有用到浴缸，感觉这部分的支出浪费了

Pourtant l'ambiance ne s'y prête pas du tout mais eux insistent à mettre fort le volume. - Le restaurant pratique des tarifs parisiens. Genre 15 euros le burger, 10 euros le cocktail... - L'oreiller est méga épais. Il brise le cou

Everything was absolutely perfect.. only ten little mini bungalows with a bedroom & bathroom they were all beautiful so clean everything you need .. We had bathrobes slippers a beach bag .. hairdryer & lovely toiletries in the bathroom.. On arrival we had drinks & cold flannels.. The pool & beach area has plenty of beds to relax on .. Staff are amazing they go above & beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible.. We had bed & breakfast ( gorgeous) We ate in the restaurant and the food was outstanding..

Absolutely nothing …

It all felt really new and clean, the facilities and room were amazing. The staff were so lovely and always so helpful. The room was cleaned each day and they were so accommodating with our toddler and having a beautiful large cot ready for her in our room free of charge.

The only down side is as you walk out the property you are on a very main road that is hard to cross and isn’t great for children although is manageable. Also you can access lots of other beach clubs and restaurants via the direct access to the beach.

La música a alto volumen desde las 7.30 am hasta las 10 pm, a veces con dj. El resort, al menos el día de mi estancia, era una discoteca con alojamiento que imposibilitaba el relax. No se puede nadar en la piscina, debido a los asientos flotantes en los que hay gente bebiendo y haciéndose selfies. Es obligatorio tener encendida la luz del porche, lo que dificulta el descanso (hay buenas cortinas opacas pero queda una línea de luz intensa encima de ellas cuando se cierran).

Located on quite a busy road which is hard to get across sometimes Being a beach club it is open to outside guests which is fine but means it’s not as peaceful at certain times of day

Super mooie plek aan een mooi strand(je). Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, veel faciliteiten en lekker eten. Verder kun je via het strand naar andere leuke tentjes wandelen. Top plek.

De airco maakt de hele nacht lawaai (brommend) en de felle buitenverlichting blijft ‘s nachts aan en komt door de gordijnen heen waardoor de kamer niet donker wordt. Daardoor hebben we niet lekker geslapen.

I loved the Boutique feel of this property. The decor has clearly been well thought about!! The restaurant was gorgeous next to beach with super tasty food & the room was very spacious, clean with a huge comfy king bed!!!

My only criticism would be that the sun beds need an update.

The property was immaculate, the details thoughtful, staff very friendly and helpful and a great location on Bangrak far enough away from the pier with the boat pollution and noise but close enough to have everything you need in walking distance. The resort had a really nice vibe.

Beautifully designed, very modern, clean and lovely helpful staff.

Location, not ideal for tourists as it's a bit out of the way of everything and a mission to get too from the boat port. There isn't a close by walking street to just leave and go for a walk, which would have been good. Breakfast menu very limited. The room of a night is very light, with blinds only blocking out so much, so was hard to sleep. At 6:10 this morning people were sweeping the path or something which was inconvenient.

Everything! The Room was beautiful, the staff was absolutely great! The reception was very helpful! We loved to stay there!

The location of the property added to the serenity of the place. The staff was great and very welcoming. Bella at the reception was the energy of the property. Piew, Dee Dee , Pom were terrific hosts. The vibe of the place was so soothing and calming. Bank the bar man for always there to great you with his heart warming smile. This is the property to be.

Excellent location, very clean cute and new. Pool side is really a plus! Staff been amazing helped us to get a scooter even tho it wasn’t possible by ourselves. Let us check in earlier. And been just very helpful over all.

This is our second time visiting Tembo and it never disappoints. The staff, the rooms and the location are all perfect.

There is nothing we did not like

The staff were lovely, the pool area was nice and the area convenient. We used the spa used the restaurant and had cocktails. All of those services were excellent. The reception staff were incredibly helpful.

Cost of getting around in Koh Samui is expensive but not the hotels fault. Making sure that they also send their guests to the lobby to pay for the spa treatment beforehand rather than interrupting the massage halfway through to tell them that it can be charged to the room would be best. We would however definitely stay again!

Loved the room fo getting ready with a girlfriend for a party .. didn’t sleep there or stay the night so not sure of the bed but all facilities were lovely.

Air con positioned in an odd spot of the room and didn’t make the room very cold, but just a small thing really.

This is a great hotel in Bangrak. We have been coming to Samui for 23 years and this was our first time in Bangrak and we loved it. Tembo is a very good resort with beautiful rooms for their guests, the pool area is the best and you have great sunset views. There is a Lotus and 7-11 across the street and nice restaurants with Thai food for cheap. I will visit again.

Tembo is a new boutique type hotel on Koh Samui. With 9 guest cottages, delightfully decorated in white with accent colors of the sea, it is relaxing and welcoming. Everything is light, white, bright, and clean! Dinning is seaside and poolside so you can enjoy sea breezes. Their menu is quite extensive and has some vegetarian and vegan options. The staff is charming and very accommodating. They also have a lovely shop on the premises, with cute options for beach wear and gifts at reasonable prices. They allow pets and we found them most accommodating.

Tempo is one of the best boutique hotels I've ever stayed at! It's absolutely stunning - the decor, architecture, perfectly maintained and situated at a truly gorgeous fine sand beach. You couldn't ask for a better view from the infinity pool! Everything is not just aesthetically pleasing, but also comfortable and practical. The staff is fantastic too and the food is surprisingly good! (lots of vegan options too) The whole hotel is immaculately clean, the rooms are spacious and have everything one could need. You can just sense with how much love and attention to detail everything was created. The beds are also super comfy - 5-star hotel level. Even the people who stay there are brilliant - I made genuine friendships there with some fantastic people from all over the world. Everything is AMAZING at Tembo. Don't hesitate to book this hotel. Even the location is perfect close to shops and restaurants.

I loved everything but if I had to criticize one thing it's that in some rooms you can hear the motorbike noise from the road but that isn't the hotel's fault.

What a location and what a view from the pool! Great access to shops, places to eat and vehicle rentals. The staff were exceptional, shout out to Havar and Benz! We had the most amazing time when the DJ and bongo player came and ofcourse the sunset is incredible. 100% would come back.

We loved everything about Tembo from the minute we arrived. The guys on reception we're great and immediately made us feel welcome & special. The resort itself is beautiful, lovely pool, right on the beach with a lovely chilled vibe. The food & cocktails were some of the best we had on the island. The rooms were spotless and really beautifully decorated. But I have to come back to the staff in Tembo - there are lots of nice places in Samui, however the staff here really make this place exceptional. I will be back in a couple of months!

Having to go home
