Location are very close to a shop’s lot and town area. Easy to find. The property condition is very clean and tidy.

Location was good, very near to UTP. House cleanliness was great. Hospitalities was SUPERB. Insya Allah will come again for my next trip to Seri Iskandar.... stay at Chempaka Homestay if there is discount rate for me from Booking.com. heee...hee.....
Need to turn ON toilet ventilation all night due to a bit smelly. But is not a big issued.... overall this homestay is GOOD

Overall very good.
The outside aircond's compressor located near to toilet window and the hot air flow into the toilets and makes the air in the toilets very hot.
Suggested to re-locate the aircond compressor.

New house, clean, spacious, near to laundry, restaurant, Longwah Supermarket,
Low water pressure for washing machine. End up to laundry finally
