Fit what was needed.
Had to get this room spur of the moment when our flight was cancelled and everyone was booked. All co-passengers were desperately searching for a room. I booked this room and my wife called to confirm by 10PM and we had a clean comfortable room by midnight. Owner/manager even called us a ride so we didn't have to wait for a regular cab. Owner/Manager was waiting as we arrived to make sure we were settled. Too dark to see the ocean from the balcony but it was heard. Clean towels were ready. The communal kitchen had bread and butter. Taxi (very skilled driver and nice man) was scheduled for first thing next morning.
Hard to say anything bad. Especially being so grateful for the room. A bit overpriced. Bathroom had very little privacy. No bottled water available that I saw. Communication was difficult with taxi driver. And there was a lag in communication between booking agency and lodging management. Trying to fit 4 people and their luggage in the cab in the morning was a task as well.

Basically a hostel with separate rooms
Nothing positive
The place is advertised as "whole place to yourself, privacy of home". In reality it's like a hostel with separate rooms. The room was very small, dirty with very poor hand-made furniture (like shelves and night stands). There's NO DOOR between bedroom and bathroom, just a plastic curtain. The room we got was not the one advertised from the photos on booking, it was so small we didn't know where to open the luggage. The day after we complained and actually got a slightly bigger room, but we couldn't sleep the first night. Bed and pillows was very hard and mattress linen was put on in reverse. The other side was dirty. At night it was very hot in the room and opening the windows you got mosquitoes. Breakfast was nothing more than soluble coffee (not even tea available), milk and some jam with bread. Absolutely not worth the price, and nothing like advertised.

Good
Nice view. Well equipped kitchen. Free toast, jam, milk and coffee. Very clean and good communication with the host. Private Parking space right in front of the apartment.
Uncomfortable hard bed.

Very clean and comfortable stay with great view
Besides the view that was exceptional, the rooms were equiped with the essential things, the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen was large and we had enough space in the fridge to put some groceries. Some breakfast is included in the price so we could make us some toasts and coffee.
Just a really little thing I missed: In the bathroom there could have been more space to put your things.

Quiet town in a quaint neighborhood. Clean Airbnb with shared kitchen facilities.
Great little place to stay. Would definitely book an ocean view next time- the street view is loud as no AC so we slept with window open to get air. No body soap luckily we brought our own. Rooms are basic but CLEAN.. There is a shared kitchen that you can use. Cute town to walk around in and we stayed on a Monday- only 1 place in walking distance to eat that was open.. Friendly and easy check in..
No AC and the rooms can get stale if you leave the windows closed but then it's noisy if windows are open. I would still stay here again, we did have a fun that help with air circulation.

Okay.
I needed a roof to come back to after walking the greater area and in that sense it met my expectations. A roof, a bathroom and a bed, which was very comfortable. The accommodation is close to town, a good jumping off point to see the surroundings and the ocean is right out your window. Also, they had bread and toppings waiting for me in the communal kitchens fridge which was nice touch.
Felt like an empty experience in terms of hospitality. If you're looking for a place to sleep it's fine. Nothing more, nothing less..
