The Location and facilities were great, quiet atmosphere in the rooms and good amenities surrounding the area.

Slight discomfort when sleeping, but otherwise extremely good!

Owners tried their best to accommodate us and were very good at responding. Property was lovely and clean. A good location and good parking. Beautiful kitchen equipped with literally everything. Alot of bathrooms spread out over the property. Clear instructions on how to operate things.

Fridge was not working so all the food that wasn't eaten got spoilt wasting alot of money over Xmas. Owners were away for Xmas so unable to solve. Cameras were in communal areas although we don't know if they were on. A few broken items eg door handles in ensuite bathroom. Low shower pressure in some showers. 3 floor property so alot of stairs to climb.
