What a wonderful little property. Right downtown old cottonwood. We would leave for the day to hike and explorer and come back "home" and walk to dinner every night. Thank you for everything, was just the perfect place for us!

We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The place was charming and cozy, and was conveniently located right on the strip filled with lots of great food and drink options. We did not spend much time on the patio but the option to hang out there with some privacy is very nice. Overall the cleanliness and accommodations were as advertised.

The house is a well designed space with every amenity we could have wanted. The yard was great for our dog and the owners very helpful. The distance from the traffic and hustle/bustle of Sedona was perfect and the local restaurants and wineries were great. Couldn't have asked for more, except a bit more sunshine. There was a major snow and rainstorm while we were there but we were safe, warm and able to get out as much as we wanted.

Spotlessly clean with a very well appointed kitchen and lovely bathroom/ laundry area. Great location near all the restaurants and shops. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Great stay!

My fiancee, now wife, and I got married on the Verde Canyon Railroad and Pomegranate Place was the perfect spot for our romantic mini honeymoon. The cottage is charming and we'd delightedly stay again.

The cottage was clean. The beds were comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions. We are already planning our next stay.

The house was very modern and updated inside with consideration. The host was excellent, pastries were waiting for me upon my arrival. The home was clean, well appointed and in an excellent location. Cottonwood was great with a very nice downtown, excellent food, coffee and bars. Three National Monuments are right there, the furthest no more than a thirty minute drive. Lots to do, this is a great hub to experience it out of.

We came to Cottonwood for a family wedding and needed to bring our little dogs. We were very happy with the privacy and ease we had with our dogs. To date this is the best place we have stayed with our dogs. The location was so convenient to the shops and restaurants in Old Town Cottonwood. We would love to come back in the future to explore more. Thank you.

This location is superb, a block from old Town cottonwood. The property was clean, recently remodeled, everything worked without issue. Loved it, we will be back

What a comfortable place to stay! The hosts thought of everything. Nice furniture inside and out, kitchen has everything you need too. We enjoyed sitting out in back on the lawn furniture, watching and listening to birds, while having a glass of wine. The downtown location is walking distance to the many restaurants and stores and Farmers Market. Hiking is so close by too. Cottonwood is a fun place. Don’t miss out on Pomegranate house!

The cottage is adorable. Has most everything you need and love that we could be bring our goldendoodle dog with us. The location is great - within walking distance of historic downtown Cottonwood. Could use a tv in bedroom and a fenced backyard would be handy, but overall we enjoyed the cottage.

Such a thoughtfully renovated space! The interior is lovely and the back patio & dog run mean the place is both private & pet friendly, but you’re just a 5-10 minute walk from all of the fun in Old Town Cottonwood. We loved Colt Grill, the Belfry Brewery, Crema for coffee & baked goods, & The State Bar for AZ beers. Will hope to return!

It looked just like the pictures and although it is so close to downtown, the house was quiet and relaxing. It was great to be able to bring our dogs. We will definitely be going back!

This accommodation is even more beautiful than the pictures. Location is quiet and safe and just 30 minutes from Sedona making it a perfect location. Old Downtown Cottonwood is fabulous. We arrived to a very cute cottage tucked back in a super private setting . It was lovely ! It was clean and bright and open and cheery . We were thrilled . It manages to feel both spacious and cozy at the same time . We planned to go out to eat but the spacious new full kitchen is perfect for cooking . So much counter space ! Also the bathroom was big! It was bright had a great shower a heater of its own and a magnifying mirror I used to get ready to go out . We ended up having a fabulous time walking Old Town Cottonwood . There was music in a few places , there was all kinds if wine tasting , the shops were all open late and handing out chocolates in little baggies . The whole street was decked out for the holidays ! There were all kinds of light displays and Caroling . We checked out an antique store and a cute shop called the Cats meow when I picked up a few things gifts and a fun glitter shop before eating in a fifties style diner . We got back and slept well in the clean crisp bedding on a ver comfortable bed . In spite of being so close to the action once we got back to our little hide away we did not hear a thing. We would stay again . This is a classy secure and fun place to stay !
