Lovely house, very clean, spacious and well appointed. The secure yard was perfect for my dogs. We all enjoyed our stay. Very small downside is that it is on the corner of a busy road, but in general that did not bother us. We also felt well supported by the owner - thank you Tom.

This accommodation was in the perfect location for easy access to all of Ballarat. It was brilliantly clean, pet freely and the communication was brilliant. Overall a wonderful experience, 10 out of 10.

Great size house. The location was good. Close to Ballarat CBD and shops, restaurants etc. had everything we needed.

Comfortable home to stay in for our family . Very secure for our pet. Very clean bedding and home. Road noise was notable at night.

Short drive to Lake Wendouree, Ballarat Centre and Sebastopol dog park. Very comfortable and clean, great space for family and pet. Shops not very far away either. All round good option.

This was a great property. 3 bedrooms that were spacious and two bathrooms which was great for 5 adults.

Great short stay
The property was perfect for our short stay in Ballarat. While the overall amenity of the place was basic, it covered all of our needs for our family of four plus two dogs and was clean and well presented. Tom was very helpful and responsive.

The place was beautifully presented; spotlessly clean and had all the facilities we needed. The backyard was fenced securely for our dog with a covered area. Our host was friendly and attentive to all our needs! Highly recommend staying here!

Clean, close to shops and short drive to all on offer in Ballarat. The traffic at night in the front two bedrooms didn’t make for the greatest sleep for our kids, but beds were comfy.
The house sleeps 6, but only 4 chairs at a very small table - we had to take turns eating! Other than that, a great place to stay to explore Ballarat.

We were pleased with our accommodation, only drawback was traffic noise early morning and not enough seating for dining for the 5 of us. Tom responded to our concerns promptly.
