Comfortable stay at a reasonable rate. I was a little surprised to find the home my be lived in during the week. Refrigerator had rotting food and the shower had old soap and hair. Was hopeful to have the hot tub. Be aware to read the property description. I missed the part he says not available this time of year.

My husband and I rented from Ryan for a long weekend to go to the Fryeburg Fair which was apx 30minute ride. Place was wicked clean and in a great location. Close to the center of Bridgton which has cool little shops and a few restaurants. This rental is on a main road but we barely heard any traffic from cars and trucks driving by. I love sitting in the hot tub after waking around the fair all day. The only draw back is there isn't a table next to the hot tub to place my drink but I managed. I would definitely rent from Ryan again if I needed to stay in the area. I left my favorite Red Sox baseball hat at the rental and he offered to mail it back to me.

This was a great spot to have our elderly parents to stay while visiting us. Very clean. Our only suggestion would be to put handles on the kitchen cabinets.

Extremely noise major road 50 feet from the poorly insulated condo meant sleepless nights. Difficulty with AC unit, improperly maintained AC remote controller. Would not recommend this property if you want a quiet restful stay.

I have sent you a few messages on our stay at the condo. I was hoping maybe I should be able to get some of my money back.

This is a really cute home, that was clean and welcoming. Bed were comfortable and everything you would need available. The only cons were road noise as it is right beside a main road with trucks going by all night and the refrigerator had stopped working just before we got there so only had a very small dorm frig to use. As we were only there for 3 days we made it work between that and a cooler. Overall a really nice place and good communication with the property manager

This property is managed by Evolve. The owner seems a good guy but he indicated the property price is dictated by Evolve. The location literally feet by a thoroughfare and a very uncomfortable bed in a room without curtains made it a challenge to sleep. The shower curtain needs replacing. Had I known where this property was located, I would never had agreed to the price charged. My sister and I had just spent 2 nights on Kidder Street in Portland for less than this cost. The Kidder Street property was the nicest 2-bedroom vrbo I've ever stayed in. I've sent a message to Evolve requesting a partial refund but have yet to hear back.
