This 3 bedroom house is beautifully decorated & can sleep up to nine guests. There are 2 open living areas tastefully furnished with big comfortable couches to relax on, both areas feature flat screen TV's connected to Netflix, Prime & Kayo with the larger TV being 65" to watch your favourite sports or movies. The 2 living areas allow the kids to sit in one area while the adults spend time in the other. For the kids & adults alike there's board games & books to entertain. The larger living area has a wood fire heater which is perfect on those cold winter days & ceiling fan. The second area has an open plan combined living, dining and kitchen area with R/C air conditioner/heater. For those who want to relax in comfort, Bedroom 1 has a king bed, large flat screen tv with Netflix & Foxtel with attached ensuite. There is an undercover outdoor entertainment area complete with a BBQ, table & seating for 8. Located ONLY 500 metres (6 min walk) from the Inlet beach, there's a direct path & cut through at the back of the caravan park. We had a great time in Inverloch. Really liked the 2 living spaces. And the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need plus more. The keyless entry was really helpful too. The location was good too - walking distance to the inlet beach, and a short drive to the surf beach. Matt was a great host - checking to make sure we had everything and communicating well. Thanks for having us!

Amazing, such a beautiful and brilliant house and arrangement.we had a single stay over there but really enjoyed it. Everything was properly arranged and super clean and matt communicated to us through out the stay and helped us in every needy situation.Highly recommended.

Great house for a getaway. House is quite large with 2 seperate living areas. We stayed in winter and the log fire was fantastic. Well equipped kitchen and has an excellent outdoor area also. Very dog friendly with fully fenced back yard. Short drive or nice walk to town and beach. Quiet area. Tv takes a bit of getting used to but is very big and great to watch anything on. Loved the electronic front door lock too. Can definitely recommend this house for a getaway for large families or if you are bringing your pet. Nice touch with welcome chocolates/lollies too. Dog loved the beach there also. Will be back.

We had a great long weekend away with family. The house was very clean with 2 spacious lounge rooms for adults and kids to either hang out together or kids in one lounge and adults in the other. The property manager is friendly, easy to deal with and even checked in just to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Spacious and comfortable property. Well equipped with all possible appliances. We had a lovely time. Easy to get to the beach. My dog loved the leash free beach. A clothes cupboard in the main bedroom was the only thing lacking.

We had a wonderful stay over at this property. The games, the ability to have your pets with you, the location and amenities - all made our stay relaxing and fun for kids and adults alike. We would love to return next year. It was our first time booking through Stayz and using the app as an interface so there was a bit of getting up to speed with the platform. Once we worked the system out it was easy to use and made check in and check out quick and efficient. I would strongly recommend staying at this lovely beach house with family and friends.

The property had everything our group needed for a great time away. Kitchen had all the cooking equipment, and the BBQ was great also. Great communication prior to arrival, so we knew where to go and how to get in. Inverloch is a beautiful place!

Very Comfortable home, with all amenities required for 2 families. Beach was in easy walking distance. Only hiccup was linen not provided unless requested. My fault for not realising this during booking. But easily rectified by owners, with thanks 🙏

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Inverloch. The house location is wonderful, with just a short walk to the beach. Our older teens and adults enjoyed separate lounge areas, however, when we all played games in the evening the couches are large enough to seat two families comfortably. The communication with Matt was always prompt, and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We rented the house with some friends for the long weekend. It was great having the 2 large living areas with TVs in both. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, cups and glasses. BBQ under cover outside was great given the wild weather we could cook and stay dry and ate out there as a group for one dinner and lunch. Matt was great responding to all my questions. Would be perfect for 2 families with kids.

This house was perfect for two families with young kids. There was so much space for us all to spread out and the kitchen was well stocked. The fact it was dog friendly and had a beautiful fire place were massive bonuses. The host was really responsive and check-in was a breeze. Thanks for letting us stay here- we’d love to come back.

This property is in a great location, able to walk to beach and town. Very spacious, well equiped kitchen and comfy bed. Fireplace was great, and plenty of wood supplies. Matt was great with communication and the whole process was easy.

Our stay here was great, had everything we needed, perfect for families. Beds were comfy. Only downfall was trying to keep my crawling baby away from the fireplace, a couple of baby gates at the doorways could have been handy or a gate around the fire.

Beds were comfortable, though shower flow was very low and fixed in height within ensuite. Flies were a nuisance, but overall we had a great time and the host has done well to anticipate most needs.
