About this house rental
Situated in Cortez, this lovely house for $377 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. IMPORTANT: This property sleeps up to 7 people if all are adults, or up to 8 people if at least 2 are children. Our 'All Docked Out' vacation home truly has everything you are looking for in your next Florida vacation. Located on a canal with access to the inter-coastal waterways and Gulf of Mexico, along with a private heated pool and short drive to the beautiful and award winning beaches of Anna Maria Island, this home is ideally situated. The living room, dining room and kitchen are laid out in an open floor plan concept. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower that also has grab bars. The second bedroom has a king size bed, TV and access to a hall bathroom with shower/ tub combination. The third bedroom located on the other side of the home has one bunk bed and two single beds. A third bathroom is available right across from the third bedroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and has an oversized granite kitchen countertop. Take a seat in one of the many comfortable seating spots in the living room and read a book, watch your favorite TV show, or simply gaze outside the large glas sliding doors towards the private pool and boat canal in the distance. When not visiting the beautiful local beaches, you will probably spend most of your time in and around the the private heated and screened in pool. A gas powered fire pit around a seating area, gas BBQ, recreational room with a ping pong table and a couple of kayaks are available.

This home was beautiful and clean. The location was very convenient to restaurants and to Anna Maria Island! The quiet neighborhood and outdoor living area were a respite for me and my friends.

This is a great rental to relax with friends and family. The house offers generous, open living spaces with plenty of seating (inside and out) and nice views of the water. Spent a lot of time in the pool, with a bonus of having a bluetooth stereo, bar, and fridge on the pool deck. Another bonus was the pac-man/galaga game!

We stayed a week with my family including six adults and two small children. Accommodations were perfect! Plenty of sleeping space and three bathrooms were a great fit. I would highly recommend this facility. Next time I would like to bring my boat being the location would accommodate. Great place!

We really enjoyed the house, dock and pool. Ideal for island and beach visits. Great facilities to bbq and eat in as we required. Bradenton area is laid back and relaxed and we would definitely return. The property itself was clean and spacious with all we needed to feel home from home

We stayed here for 10 days. The house is amazing and the location is even better. We brought our 30’ pilot house and kept it at the dock. We had no issues getting in and out of the channel.
We had a mix up at check out (my fault) and the property manager was very accommodating and understanding.

This house was amazing and so were the owners. If needed to ask any questions, they’d get right back to you. It had everything you needed and very close to so many fun places. My family loved it and will be coming back!

We really enjoyed the beautiful home, location, close to stores, restaurants, AMI! Loved being on the canal. We even got to see a manatee coming right down the canal on our last day there! Loved it! Would recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was in a great location, very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again but i would need at least one hairdryer and an iron and board!

Me, my wife & kids and my brother stayed here. Convenient screened pool right off the Living/Kitchen area with view of the bay. Kayaks & Jon Boat to fish the bay or fish off the dock. Plenty of room to move around. 3 full bathrooms is nice with one of them being right off the pool.

Loved the place and the host was great ! Everything you could possibly want and only minutes from Anna Maria island.
If I were to have one criticism it would be the massive amount of mosquitoes in the backyard and pool area. We are all pretty eaten up after the week there.

Beautiful!
We loved everything about our stay. The property exceeded our expectations. It felt comfortable and easy to feel at home. Everything we needed was provided and the home was clean and decorated beautifully. The pool and outdoor area was a favorite for kids as well as the adults. Our family enjoyed time spent together here and hope we can return!!

We enjoyed the spacious pool area and the pool is literally 3-4 feet from the sliding door leading into the kitchen. The kitchen was stocked well with a large variety of containers for leftovers. Beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the game room. I didn’t notice any mention of a Keurig or beach chairs in the description which would have been helpful but maybe I just overlooked it. There were also plenty of extra bath towels and lots of kitchen towels and beach towels. A previous review mentioned the beach towels were threadbare. Maybe they were replaced but these were very nice and plush. Our 4 year old grandson enjoyed giving Google directions for turning on the lanai lights. Our son-in- law brought his boat and it was so nice walking right out and hopping in. We also enjoyed the kayaks. Everyone agreed we would definitely rent this house again.

Family Vacation
This house was everything that we expected it to be and MORE! It was clean, great floor plan and it was stocked with all the things that we needed for our family vacation. Perfect size house, we absolutely loved how close the kitchen/living area were to the pool outdoors. Plus its just like a 5 minute drive to the island. We will definitely be trying to stay again next year!

Would recommend a cooler, beach umbrella and quality beach towels. The beach towels provided were likely from "Dollar Store". No beach items although was told there was. Very nice stay and property
