We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed. 3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool? There is no child safety fence, but there is a pool alarm on the door leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements in lieu of the fence. 4) Is the kitchen fully stocked? The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.) 5) What type of coffee maker is in the home? Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided. 6) Are linens and towels provided? Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided. 7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided? Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.) 8) Is Wifi provided for free? Complimentary wireless internet is provided. 9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed? Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed. 10) What are the times for check-in and checkout? Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM. 11) Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have? Windsor Hills Resort limits the number of cars per reservation to 3 cars. Had 5 adults and 3 kids (<8 yrs). Lots of room, different living areas. Pool/movie projector and games room great! Kids loved theme bedrooms. Clean and well appointed. Close to everything. Well managed; responsive and professional. One of the few properties we have stayed at that truly exceeded expectations.

I think the home was amazing, however property management was not great. We had a huge bug infestation in the screened in pool. These bugs appeared to be flying ants or termites, they were all over us, in the pool, and all over the patio. We messaged maintenance and contacted property management. No one has gotten back to us. We lost two days at the pool because of this. The home itself is spacious and very well done. I own my own vacation rental and I would want to know immediately if there was a bug issue. Also, there was one towel per guest and no wash cloths, the rental came with one garbage bag and 1 dishwashing pod. I understand paper products being replaced but if you want guests to properly take care of the home those two items should be supplied.

This property was excellent, very clean and welcoming on arrival. Easy to find as very good instructions given. Looked exactly liked in did online. Could do with better pillows on the beds but beds were extremely comfortable after a long day at the parks. Only other problem was the sun beds at the pool, they are wooden and have no cushion on them which makes them very uncomfortable. Large outdoor screen was great along with the sound system. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely look to book it again when coming back. Great property, well managed and great location.

The house looks just as it did online It was beautiful. My grandkids loved the pool and game room. The house was only a short distance from the theme parks. The only suggestion I would have would be to have more hooks for hanging towels after showering we had to hang over the corners of the doors. That was no big thing but with 13 people there was towels everywhere. Thanks the Prestons 7-2023

Our family of 12 (6 adults and 6 children) escaped Wisconsin for a week of Florida fun. My husband and I (the grandparents) arrived first and it was WOW at first sight! The home was very clean, it was staged beautifully to reflect relaxation and was very welcoming when we walked in. The layout was perfect for our family with one bedroom on the main floor (for us) and 5 upstairs giving everyone lots of space for a very comfortable week. Everyone enjoyed the game room and we spent a lot of time in the pool. The location is easy to get to from the airport, very close to Disney World, an hour from Cocoa Beach, close to a golf course and includes a separate resort pool with water slides. Bonus for us was a Wal Mart which is very close for groceries and anything else you may need. Also, communication was excellent with the owner and others.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay! We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub and appreciated the access to the club house so that our young kids could enjoy the pool area and water slides! The game room was also an added touch for our teenager to take advantage! Great location! Very close to Disney parks and Universal as well as stores and restaurants! In addition, property manager was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during our stay! I highly recommend this property to anyone interested!

I have rented multiple houses in the Kissimmee area and this one by far is our favorite. The house exceeded our expectations and the game room and big screen by the pool were the best features. The themed bedrooms were well done and the location of Windsor Hills to shopping and the theme parks topped everything off. The check in process was so easy and the communication we received was clear and easy to follow. For everyone who has rented in a gated community you know how long getting in the gate can take, Windsor Hills has a fast process with separate lanes for first time check in and returning cars so entering each time is a fast process. This will be our go to home going forward.

Very nice large home with lots of amenities. The property is a short drive to Disney. It is in a gated community which also has lots of amenities: several playgrounds, a large heated pool, a water park, a game room and a small store with food and drinks. The home is nicely furnished and well maintained. Our grandkids loved the heated pool. We had a great family vacation when we stayed here.

The house was perfect for 10 of us. Great location to parks, Sea world , Universal, restaurants, etc. The house had everything we needed. Kids loved the game room. The pool was great and the outside movie was a big hit! The TV’s were a bit tricky to get working, but luckily we had someone in our group that could figure them all out. The community center pool with slides was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue that we had was parking. We had a 4th vehicle that we could not park inside the gates so it was a constant struggle to find a place to park that vehicle (which eventually was towed). We were told up front only 3 vehicles, but we didn’t know until we were there how hard it would be to find parking outside the gate. We would definitely rent this house again. Just something to keep in mind.

This home is a one of a kind find! Every room is decorated in a different theme - oriented to kids of all ages - 3-100! Location is close to EVERYTHING !! We enjoyed every minute... you don't want to miss this home! Check in was a breeze. We had one small problem at the house and Management sent someone within an hour to remedy. We definitely recommend!!

The house was amazing . The kids loved the pool , The hot tub and game room . The house was clean and spacious enough for my family of 13 . The neighbor was quiet and they also have a security check point and trash pick up . I’ll definitely be renting this home again for our next Disney vacation .. Did I mention it was so close to All the Disney theme parks , shopping centers ,and restaurants .. You’ll not regret your decision.

Adorable place. The property manager was so accommodating
The property was clean and so cute for the kids. Our kiddos really enjoyed the themed rooms. The water park onsite was an added perk. The property manager was so easy to get in contact with. The owner goes above and beyond to make a comfortable seat. We highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay again.

We were very happy with the house. The location was perfect to get to Disney and/or shopping. We had groceries and food delivered with no issues. We only used the pool one time but have to say it was a nice patio w/ furniture and TV. The only complaint I would have were the cleanliness of floors.

Stay HERE!
Overall what a great house and the perfect location. Getting in and out of the resort was so simple and literally 10 - 15 minutes to anywhere on Disney property.
There are so many unique features about this home that make it so special we would absolutely stay here again and recommend this home to anyone.
Our only gripe and recommendation for the owner would be to find higher quality bed linens. Our family joke about them was that they are like hospital bed linens. Regardless they were very clean but not comfortable.
Stay here though for real, you won't regret it at all!

Amazing time at Tortuga Isle!
We had an amazing stay at Tortuga Isle! The property is done so beautifully. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Sometimes you look at pictures and when you arrive at the property it is a letdown, not so with this home! It was beyond our expectations! We will definitely stay again next time we are in Orlando!
