Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and French doors to terrace. Boot room: With storage for boots and coats. First floor: Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Bedroom 2: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request), Freeview TV and DVD player. Bedroom 3: With 2 sets of bunk beds. Bathroom: With bath, and toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Terrace with outdoor furniture. Mooring for one 17ft boat. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are low walls to the water frontage of the property, children must be supervised at all times. . Located in one of Salcombe’s most enviable positions, this quayside property has direct access to the water and use of a private pontoon and mooring. The property, which is comfortably furnished, very well equipped and has outstanding views of the main anchorage, creeks and surrounding hills, is only one minutes level walk from shops and restaurants and yet benefits from peace and seclusion. Free WiFi Children must be supervised on site due to possible safety hazards. Towels are not included. There is open water in the property grounds.
