Very comfortable, layout allows for time together and time apart if you’re traveling in a large group. The living areas are large enough to accommodate everyone. Very much a vacation rental, so furnishings are a bit spartan but worked well for our group. Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Beds aren’t the most comfortable but did the job for a short stay. There are ALOT of stairs, just know going in, but the views from the upper bedrooms are so worth the climb.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in the best location to get anywhere on the island quickly. The views from the house are the best we’ve ever had. Unfortunately the house feels like no one has Ever actually lived there. It is also not unkept, inside or outside. For the price paid, we literally just paid for the proximity to the beach and the views.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you only care about the location, then this place is for you. The house is practically beachfront - there’s a small sand path that takes you directly to the beach. However, this house needs significant work. I don’t think any bedroom, bathroom, or exterior door shut properly. You either had to yank it shut or push extremely hard to get the latch on. It was quite frustrating. There’s a ton of dead bugs in the house and in the pool, as well as sand all in the corners of the house. The amount of cobwebs is alarming. Seems like the cleaning crew only cleans countertops and surfaces. Bed sheets weren’t very clean. Had to wash two sets ourselves (hair in them and a weird stain). The last day, the elevator broke with our items in it. The service man came to fix it and said he wouldn’t trust the elevator by the age of it. Overall, the place is a great location but it need significant work for them to charge the price they do.

This was one of the nicest arrangements we have used. While there are minor maintenance items- the proximity to the beach, the view and the spacious home was very enjoyable. We will be back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you stay at 4 Collier Court you will need to have LOW expectations. None of the bedroom doors lock. The washer broke on Tuesday, and we did not get a replacement. They gave us a $150 credit for the dirty clothes situation. If we’d had our dirty clothes sent out and laundered it would have been closer to $500. We washed them the best we could in sinks and bathtubs (the opposite of relaxing on a vacation that costs thousands of dollars)! There isn’t a Keurig (we brought our own). There isn’t an ice maker (there are ice trays). The elevator sensor had a problem that required service. There aren’t enough forks to make it through more than one meal. All of the kitchen equipment is old and/or low quality. There aren’t any tablespoons. The built in microwave is rusted and no longer spins. Some of the furniture on the balconies is broken. The kitchen stools are so rickety that I won’t allow my children to use them.

Private beach access from quiet neighborhood. Close to all HHI amenities with quiet side street to entrance. The home had some small maintenance items that are being dealt with. Would plan to return to this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, layout of the rooms and size of the rooms was wonderful. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. However, the property needs a lot of upkeep. Unfortunately we were there during the cold snap and the furnace was not efficient and for the 1st 2 days we had to put up with inside temperature of 52 degrees. Management company was very responsive, even with the holiday but nothing could be done. Even when it did warm up, the thermostat didn’t work correctly and you could never get it to shut off on the first floor, so you either had heat or cold air blowing 24 hours a day. There was also several outside doors that wouldn’t latch properly and would constantly blow open. Great location but for the price you pay, would expect the house to be in better repair.
