Beach, house, pool, all UNREAL! I felt like we were living in a screensaver. House is immaculate and like new, beach is surreal and Judy the property manager is awesome. The only disappointment was that I had to leave! Loved the house... WE WILL BE BACK SOON!!!!

The house was well equipped, and exactly as described. The water in the Exumas is unreal.

Excellent experience and relaxing and peaceful vacation at this beautiful and well-appointed property in Exuma. This truly is the most beautiful place on earth. The home is very spacious , beautifully decorated and comfortable, especially the beds! Having the pool and hot tub are an added luxury. We cooked every meal at home and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Dean is fantastic to work with and was very flexible and helpful with some changes to our travel plans. Judy and her team are amazing and helpful with accommodating our every need, from groceries, rental cars, activities, questions and answers. We really enjoyed the seclusion and exploring the beautiful beaches of Exuma. I cannot wait to return with our entire family to enjoy the peace and serenity of this beautiful island again soon! Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a special and luxurious island vacation!

We have been many times and stayed many places and this is simply the best place in the island. Private beach, peaceful pool deck and hot tub and the most gorgeous home with everything you need ! We will be back for sure as soon as we can!

The location is second to none and when you walk in the door you are simply blown away by the incredible view and the size of the place. Pictures don't do a good enough job showing how awesome this place is! We will be back again as soon as possible! Loved it!

There are no words to describe our experience. The house is wonderful the service was wonderful and it’s the most gorgeous place I’ve ever seen.

Incredibly property, very well maintained, very comfortable. (not sure where they buy the mattresses, but they were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in my life). Incredible location on the most gorgeous beach I have ever seen with the bluest water imaginable. There is a lazy river just around the cove that was a very short walk and a scene from a dream from another world. Judy and the staff were incredibly accommodating and extremely helpful. We will be back!!! Thank you Dean for all of your help.

I stayed at Greystone with five other colleagues for a long weekend retreat. We were met at the airport by Judy and her niece who kindly escorted us to the house. The house was clean, open and absolutely beautiful. It was fully stocked with everything that we needed. There was plenty of space for 6 adults and there were several spots where we ended up hanging out as a group. It was so easy to sit back and relax when you have the view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. The house was everything we needed it to be and we would certainly go back!

We rent both (beachwood and greystone) The best vacation ever! 4 families. 8 adults and 14 kids! We stayed for 10 days but It felt like a short time. So many things to do and such a beautiful spot to relax. It is the perfect combination. Dean was always responsive and great. Judy took care of every question and any need that we had during our time in exumas. She also organized the excursions (swimming pigs, sharks, turtles, iguanas and sting rays). I Definitely recommend these properties! I will come back as soon as I can!

Greystone is an amazing house and property located in the cut right by the lazy river - which we dubbed Paradise Cove. Cant say enough great things about the house, the exuma islands and of course Judy..... Judy is the property manager and she, Wade and family did everything possible to make sure we were stocked, well fed and having a great time on amazing excursions! Thank you again Judy and Wade for everything you did for us! We will be back to Greystone and the Cut!

We had an amazing vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, with a huge amount of space. The owner was great to deal with and Judy, the local property manager, took care of everything we could possibly want from restaurants to best places to explore. The beach was absolute paradise. Weather was great and I can’t wait to return. Thanks so much for a such a great experience.

This house has one of the most incredible views I've ever seen. Endless shades of blue and stunning soft sand beach. The house is spectacularly decorated and is much larger than it appears in the photos. Huge main house with very cute little two bedroom cottage on the edge of the beach. I can't say enough about this other than that I'll be back again in three weeks! Thanks Judy and Wade for giving us such a great time while we were there.

The Greystone Beach House in Little Exuma is amazing. Great pool and nice beach just a short away from the house. The water is so blue and the sand is white. Can't say enough about Judy and her crew. They took excellent care of us and cooked two delicious dinners for us. They answered all our questions right away and gave us information about the island. Judy's husband Wade took us on his boat twice to see everything we wanted to see. We will definitely return to this wonderful paradise - Little Exuma. We've been to many places in the Caribbean and all 5 of us decided this is our new favorite.

The house is fabulous and the view is even better. Each day the water seemed to be a different color. Kayak, swim, and exploring the beaches. The house had everything we needed. Judy, Dean, Hakeem and Wade made sure everything was perfect. We would definitely return to this home

We had the pleasure of enjoying Greystone Beach House and make it our home for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. It is lovely, spacious and is a beautiful vacation home. Judy and her team of peeps were VERY welcoming, helpful, respectful, attentive, caring and connected, to name a few..... From the time they met us at the airport to our departure, we were very well looked after. They looked after everything for us, from catering the meals, to organizing transportation, the boat tour, getting supplies and just all around everything we needed. They know and show much about offering excellent hospitality. Judy and her team are gems and keepers. It was a pleasure meeting them all. Our catered meals were awesome. The food was well presented, delicious and very enjoyable. The boat tour was such a delight. Our captain and crew were the best and most patient folks I have seen. We found everyone on the island to be friendly and engaging and I think we all learned a thing or two about .... all things done in Bahama time..... a novel concept for us, but very relaxing and a must on holidays.
