The house was very clean. It was very close to the park and to multiple small towns to view. Appreciate the quickness of return of texts when questions were presented. Good place if you want quietness And closeness to the national park.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house in Stow. Cute neighborhood, clean and well-appointed house, and we were surprisingly near the national park as well as food, shopping, etc. We found an excellent little Mexican restaurant that we loved. Highly recommend!

Very clean home, great commutation with Evan. Well located near Cuyahoga town and the National park. Beds are firm, and it doesn’t have all the luxury touches of some vrbos but for the price, that makes sense. Definitely a good home base for exploring the area

We stayed in this lovely house for 3 days - it was perfect for the 3 of us. It was clean and was exactly as the website showed. We would definitely stay there again. If I had any questions - the owner responded immediately!

We couldn’t have found a more perfect place for our vacation at Cuyahoga NP. Newly decorated, clean, cozy. Quiet neighborhood. Felt like home. Great place to come back to after a day of hiking in the park. Everything we did was within a 15 mile radius. We highly recommended this terrific home.

My two grandkids were supposed to stay over with me for two nights but the youngest got cold feet and wanted her daddy so the grandkids did not stay overnight but they lived so close by that I still got to spend quality time with them.

We were looking for a house close to the National Park, but not to far from restaurants, stores, etc. and we found the perfect place. Evans place was ideally located, exceptionally clean and had all the conveniences we needed. He is an outstanding host as I literally waited no more than 5 minutes for responses to a few questions I had. Some prior reviews mentioned the firm beds, but I personally loved them and slept better than I had in a long time. Neighborhood is safe, quiet and beautifully situated on a lake. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

My wife and I needed a get-away and decided to spend the weekend hiking in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. This property was located very close to all of the trails that we were interested in and there were several small towns with good restaurants as well. The property was very clean and newly remodeled. It worked out perfectly for us.

An enjoyable stay. Needed to turn the heat way down at night, otherwise the bedrooms would be too warm. It's called learning to adjust. Everything else seemed fine.

My wife, daughter and I rented the Stow Lakeside Cottage for a long wedding weekend in nearby Richfield. It was absolutely perfect — a beautiful view, nicely upgraded, secluded, yet conveniently located to restaurants, stores, points of interest, etc. in a quiet, safe cottage neighborhood. It’s exactly as advertised. We’d be remiss, though, not mentioning the hospitality of our host, Evan. Highly accommodating, excellent and prompt communications, and friendly. If you’re considering this property, you won’t go wrong. Thank you, Evan!

Quaint and recently renovated property that worked well for our family of four. Our boys appreciated the game console and the park nearby. We loved the close proximity to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, where we spent a majority of our time. Typically only 10-20 minutes to get to any place in the park we wanted to be! The beds are new, although definitely firm. I had trouble sleeping, but the rest of the family was fine. Well stocked with cleaning materials, although could use more dishes for those that are cooking in. There were not any mixing/serving bowls, but we made it work. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Very clean, nice, and convenient location. Kids loved the video game console and we had everything we needed including washer/dryer, streaming options, blankets, pillows, and cooking supplies. There’s coffee, soap, and a few pods for the dishwasher and laundry. Could have used an iron/ironing board but no big deal. Nice little spot.

Newly updated clean quiet place perfect for a couple or small family needing a place to stay in Akron or Hudson or Stowe. Pictures are accurate depiction of home and host is easy to work with.

I had a wonderful experience on renting the recently renovated cottage by the lake in Stow. The pictures and description of the property were spot on. It’s a very quiet and friendly community, we had a neighbor come over and welcome us to the neighborhood. Our only hiccup was we had an unexpected visitor find its way into the property. Otherwise it was a wonderful getaway.
