When you're not in the pool, you can see who is, while admiring the professionally landscaped grounds from either the large open deck or the enclosed three-season porch. Your outdoor living experience is also elevated by the presence a fire pit and brand new hot tub. The property abuts conservation land so you won't see any neighbors, unless you count the occasional rabbit or squirrel. Your outside summer experience includes dining al fresco at the generous dining table on the deck, probably enjoying something yummy you broiled on the big gas grill. Inside this roomy 3,400 square foot home you'll find the ideal open concept floor plan for the common space, including the thoughtfully outfitted, upscale custom kitchen with granite countertops. The kitchen opens to the spacious and comfortable family room and the more formal dining area for when the occasion calls for that. There's also a home office on the main level for anyone who is working remote while staying here. There are five bedrooms in the house. They are all located on the second level and include a primary suite with a king bed and updated full bath shared with one of the other bedrooms. There are three more queen bedrooms upstairs and the fifth bedroom has – count 'em – four twins! There's also a sleep sofa on the main level which opens to become yet another queen size sleeping option. The house has a finished basement, including a full bath with a shower, a couch, TV and game table. There is also has a two-car attached garage. This location gives you plenty of things to see and do. For example, it's only 6 mins away from Mayflower Beach which was voted #1 as one of the top beaches on Cape Cod by US NEWS Travel . At this home you are right up the road from the Historic Taylor-Bray Farm, which could be America's oldest continuously operating farm, beginning in 1639. Kids will love seeing all the farm animals, especially Rusty and Dusty, the friendly goats. The farm is open to visitors seven days a week, dawn to dusk. And for you sushi lovers, be sure to check out Inaho, the premier Japanese restaurant on Route 6A in Yarmouth Port, just a seven minute drive from the house. The home was what was advertised. It suited my family of 6 adults and 6 children ages 4 thru 7 very well. The property’s location was very good being close to grocery stores, a drug store and the beaches. It is secluded being set in and surrounded by trees in a neighborhood. That worked out well with the kids playing in the swimming pool. The heated pool was good size and worked out well with a lot of pool toys. The pool pump breaker did trip the first morning and the management company had someone out that day. That was the only time. I would recommend turning the pool pump and heater on a little earlier than 10:00 early in the summer. The pool pump timer was set for 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. It did cool off a couple of nights and the pool temperature dropped pretty quickly. The few minor issues we had, the pool pump breaker, the clothes dryer and vacuum, the management company had someone there to repair them that day. I would recommend this property for a family vacation especially with younger children.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this property. The pool is heated and has lots of toys (including basketball hoop - sweet!). The property managers are very responsive and we had no issues at all. I would love to stay at this property again!

We visited in the wintertime. The property was great. There are multiple spacious common areas, as well as plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The space was clean and there was plenty of entertainment. The outdoor area has a clean hot tub, and a large patio with a great firepit. If only we were visiting in the summertime to be able to take advantage of the great pool area. Check-in/out was super straightforward, and the property manager was always readily available via text (including a couple helpful automated text updated) A great local supermarket, pizza place, fish market, and bar/restaurant are all within 1 mile of the house.

The house provided the perfect setting for our three-generation family vacation. The house was extremely clean, the communication was good, and the check-in process was easy. The screened porch, the front porch, and the game room were all great bonus gathering spots. The pool, the hot tub, and the fire pit were wonderful outdoor features. We would be thrilled to return to this house again!

Great house for a family vacation!

This house was perfect for our family vacation consisting of 6 adults and 3 children under age of 7. There was a lot of space for people to be together as well as apart. There were 5 bedrooms, DR, LR, deck, TV room, screened in porch, front porch with swing, pool and separate patio with hot tub and fire pit - all in a very private setting. Lots of thoughtful and fun additions were included. The basement was a game room with a karaoke machine, pool /knock hockey table, separate wet bar, kids games and a chalkboard closet door which my grandkids loved. The kids bedroom was huge with 2 bunk beds with trundles, loads of books and toys. Lots of beach towels and chairs, as well as a beach umbrella. Property was sprayed while we were there and we saw no mosquitos or ticks. In summary, we had a great time. Thank you!

We enjoyed a terrific two weeks relaxing in this comfortable house that easily accommodated all the members of our family, including our grandchildren who range in age from five to twenty-two. We made good use of the pool and enjoyed the beautiful yard.
