Bright and airy, the living room is comfortably furnished with two cozy sofas (including one with a queen-size fold-out bed), a Smart TV, and a ceiling fan. It’s the ideal place to watch television, read a book, or simply take it easy after a day filled with activities. The vast and modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, and all the accessories you need. You will have plenty of space to cook a good homemade meal! The dining area, with a dining table for up to 6 people, and L-shaped lounge sofa, is perfect to spend quality time with family & friends. KITCHEN AND DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with a full stove/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all your cookware. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot, a Keurig machine, and a toaster. All cutlery, tableware as well as basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs. POOL: Complimentary pool heating to 84 degrees during peak season (Jan - Mar). Settings to warmer temperature (87 degrees) is available upon request at a fee of $50 p/day with a 3 day minimum and $500 Maximum. No pool heating fees will be assessed for reservations of 30 days or more. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 11 AM.
