Welcome to our newly renovated beach condo. This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in the heart of St. Pete Beach. This ocean-side condo steps away from one of the most highly-rated beaches in the country. St. Pete Beach is renowned for its award-winning beaches, incredible restaurants, and lively nightlife. We have made every effort to make this condo a home away from home! We hope you enjoy our piece of paradise. Location: For reference, the condo is a 3-minute drive to the Don Cesar Hotel. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1- (1) King-Size Bed Bedroom 2- (2) Queen-Size Bed The space • Fully equipped kitchen • Full-Size Washer and Dryer • FREE Wi-Fi & Cable TV • Linens and bath towels provided • Beach towels provided • Iron/Ironing Board • Hairdryer • Beach chairs/toys and cooler available for guests' use (located in storage closet directly in front of parking space) • Communal Heated Pool • Hot Tub • Gas Grills Near Pool Area • Partial Gulf Views • Elevator Parking • 1 assigned covered parking space • Trailers, U-Hauls, Boats, and RV's are NOT allowed to be parked on the property.

This is a great spot to call home base for our family trip. We were able to easily get into St Petersburg to see family. Right on the beach for morning walks and sun set viewing. An easy walk to the grocery store to stock updated kitchen. Definitely would book again.

My sister and I stayed here with our combined 3 kids (1, 3 & 6). The location was great because we could use the pool and the beach was lovely. Overall the furnishings and amenities were wonderful and it's a nicely updated unit. We would stay here again!
Just a few notes for others that may consider this listing too:
- There are not really many walkable restaurants, but you are close enough to everything that we drove the few times we went out
- We couldn't find the beach wagon that the listing noted, which was unfortunate because we 3 kids and chairs and tents it was difficult to manage without multiple trips to and from the beach
- There wasn't a drain plug for the bathtub (which with kids was a specific reason we chose this place because we needed at least 1 bathtub)...but we made due with the showers.
- No overhead fans in the bedrooms
- The front room is a queen over queen bunkbed with no railing on the top bunk (concerning for the ages of children we have)
- All the straps on the beach chairs were broken, so they couldn't be carried as backpack chairs (overall the provided beach equipment could use updating...)

Stayed here as a family of 4 (2 adults, 9 y/o, 5 y/o). Good location, quiet building (we didn’t hear anyone above us and pool shuts down at dusk so no evening noise, which is important for us), and right on the beach. Would stay here again the next time we visit family in the area.

Great renovated unit. Easy access and all that, beach was empty and private and pristine. Not in the most fun/happening area but I like the privacy and quiet so it was perfect.

We loved our home away from home on St Pete's Beach. The condo is modern, beautifully appointed and was super clean. The beds and bedding were comfortable as was the couch. We appreciated the washer/dryer and dishwasher appliances to keep everything clean. It had all the amenities you could need including items for a beach day - which is literally steps away. I would recommend that visitors rent or bring a car as we found that we had to order a lot of Ubers to get around.

We had a great time! The beach was absolutely beautiful! The condo was just like the pictures, in a great location near shops and restaurants, and our host was very attentive. Thanks for the fabulous stay. :)

Beach only steps away. Pool was great for the kids. Not overcrowded. Hot tub was hot! Just the way I like it. Community grills work great. Communication with host was easy.

Beautiful Condo right on the Beach
This 2/2 condo has been beautifully renovated and has every “extra” you could possibly need to feel right at home! We loved all the nice touches to make it feel like home…high end body wash, shampoo and conditioner, Bluetooth speaker, multi plug/port charger, charcuterie boards, beach chairs & umbrella and coffee provided by the host! Also, she has several nice throws for cozy sofa time! Karina was amazing to work with and so responsive! We will definitely be returning to this gorgeous condo. The only hitch we had was not having enough parking as the condo only allows for one parking spot per unit and we didn’t know this ahead of time. Definitely didn’t spoil our trip though!

Beautiful condo with gorgeous view
This condo was beautifully updated and modernized. Karina was very attentive and always replied to any questions very quickly. We were very comfortable and loved the king mattress, slept great! it was so nice having the beach chairs and cart available free of charge. We went with another couple and the only thing I will say is the second bedroom, in our opinion, would be better suited for younger people. The second bathroom is great but bedroom pretty small. Everything else was perfect and we will return! Thank you Karina!

No Hassle Perfect Vacation
This property was amazing! Heading out to the beach every morning without having to bring my shoes or keys or anything is just another bonus to this wonderful retreat! Key code entry, gorgeous view from the balcony, propane grill to use just down the stairs, clean pool.. I couldn't ask for anything more!
The actual condo has been so thoughtfully done, from the beautiful interior to the cart with beach chairs, a cooler to use, etc. Everything is comfortable! Pillows, mattresses.. The sofa is wide enough to sleep on as well.
And communication was always easy and without wait.
