Well appointed home that met our group’s needs.

We loved the unobstructed view of the beach from the living area windows! Oyster House is located within a mile of grocery and less than 10 minutes to other shopping, dining and attractions. Kitchen is well stocked and spacious. Owners are very organized and ready to assist.

The property was better than advertised, and the management team was amazing. Thank you.

Spacious and Clean, Great location to beach and things to do...

Exactly what we were looking for, and the coldest Christmas in decades! The house was perfect for our family! We bundled up and walked on the beach every day! No fireplace which was disappointing but we added lots of frameless candles and lights to create a cozy atmosphere!

Property was in excellent condition and as described in write-up. Everything was there we could have wanted. We appreciated there weren’t lots of leftover condiments in the refrigerator. Property manager was on site while we were there and worked very hard at removing sand deposited from HurricaneNicole. Beds are fantastic throughout all rooms. We were there as a family for Thanksgiving. It is across the street from the beach, walking distance to a play park, about a mile from a Publix grocery, within 3 miles of excellent island restaurants and an easy trip into St Augustine.

The house was even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures - the location is perfect. Right across from the beach and a short drive to St. Augustine.

The house was clean and well maintained. Linens and bedding were new, new pillows, mattresses top of the line memory foam- very comfortable! Well appointed kitchen. One very busy road to cross to get to the beach. Awesome views of the beach from the living room and great deck off of the back to eat and hang out overlooking the marsh. Short drive to St Augustine downtown. We had a blast!

The place was very clean and met the needs of 4 couples looking for golf and beach. The hurricaine made the access to the beach very difficult and the fact that 2 bedrooms could only be accessed by going outside and and then walking through one, was a little inconvient and unexpected, otherwise the place is great for what we wanted.

We had a family weekend at the property and everything was perfect. Very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of seating. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was close to St. Augustine historic district as well as grocery stores and restaurants. The ocean views were spectacular. Sunrise views in the morning and sunset views in the evening.

Loved the property. Easy beach access. Beautifully decorated.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Oyster House. It was our first extended family vacation and couldn’t have picked a better home. With the lower space my daughter and her family had a private space. The upper unit did not disappoint either. Short walk to the beach and ocean views were exactly as pictured. We would definitely rent again if I’m the area

A group of 10 (family - including 2 kids - and friends) stayed for several nights in July 2022. Excellent location across the street from a beach access. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and enough room for all of us to be comfortable and have our own space. Randy and Karina were easy to work with and very responsive. 10/10!

We had a fantastic time at the Oyster House. The kitchen was spacious and tons of amenities. Karina and team were accommodating of our pups and who can beat beach access across the street!!

Oyster house is a beautiful house! Randy & Karina were amazing hosts! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We were traveling with 2 infants and Karina worked hard to allow us an early check even brining wine, coffee, chocolate and some special Trader Joe’s treats once she found out we were Trader Joe’s fans. We had a problem with the downstairs A/C unit and it was quickly addressed (a repair man arrived and fixed it within an hour and on a Sunday!) This was our first family beach trip with our new grandson and it couldn’t have gone better. Thanks Randy & Karina for opening up your home to us and for all your care to make our trip so special!

We had an awesome stay at Oyster House! The place was immaculately clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking pans we needed to prepare our Easter lunch and the view from the living room and back porch was amazing. The location across the street from the beach is great but beware with small children that it is a very busy road with fast traffic. On the whole, we had an amazing time and can’t wait to stay again.

This was our first time staying in the area of Vilano Beach! We had the beach to ourselves! The home is beautiful and just steps from the the white sands! The house is very well stocked for all of your cooking needs and boast 4 bedrooms with 4 full baths. The home is just 2 miles from downtown St, Augustine and 10 miles from Ponte Vedra/Sawgrass area! We will definitely be back and have already told our friends about the home and the privacy of the area!

Two rooms downstairs, one full bathroom in each room and a small kitchenette area with a small refrigerator and microwave. There is a front staircase facing the street and another in the back. Upstairs the living and dining area is very spacious. There are also two rooms with full bathrooms. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. We had a wonderful five day stay. One night we had the chef make dinner for us and the entire evening was very enjoyable as well as the food. You can reach the beach easily, only crossing the street. It’s a peaceful area and we didn’t have one single issue the entire stay. We certainly recommend it.

We had 6 people cooking at the same time comfoably. The living room was perfect for us all to enjoy each other company. The master, where my husband and I stand was nice. There are shades that ensure a dark room in the morning if you so desire. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were so soft. We do wish there was a door for the entire bathroom not just the toilet area. The downstairs 2 beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms are basically seperate from the house in the sense that both set of stairs are outside. There are no stairs internally. We had our yound adult kiddos with us who stayed down there. Might be an issue if you have several small kids or if there's inclimate weather. You're 1 minute from a gas station and 2 from a brand new Publix and restaurants. We had friends who visited who live in Palm Beach who plan on renting Oyster House in the future.

The house was in a great location for beach goers. Directly across the street and the beach was not crowded at all! The house was comfortable and had an amazing view of the beach. One thing I wish had been different is the access to the downstairs is outside only. Therefore, not knowing the area well I was uncomfortable allowing our kids to sleep downstairs alone. There were plenty of beach toys, towels and umberellas. Also the laundry room was fantastic and stocked with everything we needed! Great stay overall!
