The modern interior grand living space boasts with 7 bedrooms/6.5 bath estate. Main home includes Gourmet kitchen with breakfast table that sits 6 and a large dinning room table that sits 10 to 12! Large family room with Smart 70" TV makes it great for family movie night. Awesome detached game room with pool table, Ping pong table, shuffle board, foosball table, corn hole, dart board, and bar area with stools. Step outside to a beautiful outdoor entertainment area with a large rock waterfall pool with slide, grotto and jacuzzi! Lots of seating areas through out the yard and a unique BBQ area with pizza oven and did I mention the views!! ~~ROOMS AND BATHROOMS CONFIGURATION 2ND FLOOR #1 Master Suite with king bed, day bed (twin) and full bathroom #2 bedroom suite with queen bed and full walk- in bath #3 bedroom suite with queen bed and shower/tub bath #4 bedroom with queen bed and shares walk-in bath with bedroom #5 #5 bedroom with queen bed and shares walk-in bath with bedroom #4 1ST FLOOR #6 bedroom with king bed and uses command area walk-in bath directly in front #7 bedroom with queen bed, bunkbed (full size) and walk-in bath located in Pool house. Half restroom also in game room ~~IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW~~ ~We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please make sure you are comfortable with our policies prior to booking with us. County ordinance; Occupancy limit at all times and Quiet Hours of 10pm to 7am will be strictly enforced (absolutely no outdoor activities after 10pm) Guest must mindful of their noise levels at all times. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a citation, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction. ~Pool/jacuzzi heating will incur an additional charge. Pool heating cost can range from $200 to $300 per day of heating (two day minimum) depending on outdoor temperature and desired water temperature. Pool heating is not available from November thru February or when night temperatures fall below 40 degrees as its to cold for a domestic heater to attempt to heat that much water. Jacuzzi heating available year round for an additional fee of $20 to heat water to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain temperature. We calculate cost by the amount of propane used to heat jacuzzi. ~ We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mail box and can not retrieve mail for guest as mail boxes are not on premise. ~ No RVs, large commercial vehicles, or quads ~ We will require a lease agreement signed at check-in as well as a picture ID PERMIT # RVC-1267

This was a great place for our group of 14. Beautiful views from everywhere, game room, jacuzzi, firepit, large kitchen and everyone had their own room and bathroom. The property manager was very accommodating to our group during check in and answered all of our questions. There is something for everyone in this place. Make sure to be there for the sunset views!

We stayed at this property for 5 days with 16 adults (4 families with adult children). We are in our 50's and 60's with children in their 20's. The house is beautiful and sits on a hill with an amazing view. We say wild turkeys and quails running around. The management company, Dan and John, were very responsive and went above and beyond multiple times to ensure we had all we needed. Be aware that the Wine Country area has a new, strict noise ordinance that requires no loud music at all during the day (not just at night). We did have a neighbor state they could hear our music by the pool on a Saturday afternoon so the property managers called to ask us to turn the music way down. This is nothing the property managers can control but is something to note. Other than that, the stay was wonderful!

Our 6 person leadership team used this property for our annual 2-day session. It was fantastic. Everything was clean, and with a property of this size there's bound to be small issues. There were but they were small and insignificant. It was a great property in and around. The views and neighborhood was as exceptional as the property was.

Great property for our family reunion. We had a great time with our family and never left the property. The pool, slide and game room were a hit for everyone. We had a range of ages from 5- adult and everyone had something to do. John was a great host. The kitchen had everything you need to cook at home. The pizza oven was also a hit. The only time we left, was to pick up more groceries. We do a yearly trip and are already talking about booking this place again.

Absolutely gorgeous home and location. our Host was easy to contact and very accommodating. We had 12 friends and families for a wedding, plenty of room for everyone to gather and still have their own space if needed. Every morning at sun rise there were hot air balloon’s. We were able to schedule a hot air balloon ride which I Totally recommend. I am afraid of heights and was very comfortable with the entire process. We would definitely rent this home again or any other properties owned by the host. Fantastic experience.

We rented this beautiful home for for several family members (including ourselves) to stay for our daughter’s wedding. Everything was perfect and we will definitely rent from John again. Thanks for everything and sorry about the electricity hassles on Friday. It all worked out!

This is a beautiful home with amazing 360 views as described; great for large groups that want close proximity to the Temecula Wineries. This property has nicely outfitted general areas (pool, game room/pool, outdoor spaces) yet allows for the ability to escape to your individual room for a private sanctuary. No TVs in bedrooms so if you like to watch TV at night, you will have to make sure you bring a laptop or use a mobile device. Wi-Fi was strong enough to handle multiple devices being used at once. This was not necessarily an issue for our stay as we were tired from the days events. TV in the living area off the kitchen has basic streaming. Kitchen was labeled well to find all the utensils/cookware (no need to go “searching”). And as more guest stay here on a frequent basis, the non-perishable items may be better stocked (we had to make an early grocery run for all items; other stays have come with “starter” items like a few coffee pods, tea bags, salt/pepper, etc. which is nice when you may not have had opportunity to get to grocery store; but there is always delivery services. Wasn’t a big deal). Be careful which GPS service you use; WAZE did not take us directly to the home but Google maps did. Also, property is gated which is a nice extra level of added safety. Owner personally came on gave us a walk thru of the property and was very responsive to communication. Overall, pleased with the stay and would recommend this rental.

I had booked this estate for a family reunion trip and was quite impressed every step of the way. To start off, the communication from the start was impeccable with John's professionalism and attentiveness. This was one of the best experiences I've had renting as John had met me at the property and took his time walking me through all aspects of the homes and even the features of the pool/spa. The home was clean, comfortable with impeccable views, and our entire family and extended family were very comfortable. The pool and game room were the best touch and allowed the children to be occupied at all times. The game room/ pool made for a fun time as was stocked with a variety of activities (ping pong, billiards, shuffleboard, etc.). Lastly, the views from the property were stellar, and it was quite a joy of seeing hot air balloons take off while relaxing in the backyard. The home came stocked with anything you may ever need, and I can't wait to plan my next trip at this same rental again. Recommend this home to anyone looking for a great stay!
