Has beds for 16 people. Free Parking for up to 8 vehicles. Situated between the Intracoastal Waterway and Beach, both just a 5-minute walk away. Enjoy semi-private beach access, relax on the outdoor patio, or around our fire pit. Explore the historic city of St. Augustine 10 min away! Guests are invited to utilize the entire newly-renovated property which includes our 3-story luxury vacation home, 8 car parking area, spacious back patio with an outdoor shower for beach days, and a grill and bar for big dinners! Inside our luxury vacation home, you will find a private master suite with an en suite bathroom, 5 Smart TVs for entertainment, and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with granite slab countertops for whipping up meals! Our back patio is decorated with glimmering market lights for a cozy, eclectic atmosphere as well as patio furniture and a comfy swing for all your lounging needs. Enjoy the benefits of our perfectly maintained yard that sports a fire pit for s’mores and sand games for all your family and friends. Sand games that we have include badminton, horseshoes, bocci ball, and cornhole plus more! Inside the house, you will find extra amenities for a fun time such as a Nintendo Wii, a cabinet full of board games, and a reading nook for little ones. And of course, guests are welcome to use our semi-private neighborhood beach access for the best beach vacation ever! This is a lovely quiet beach neighborhood with direct semi-private beach access just a 5-minute walk away. Located directly between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean just a short walk away for both spectacular sunrises and sunsets. *DISCLAIMER* The lot behind our house was recently bought, and two houses are there now. We value upfront conversation, honesty, and your investment. The woodsy/jungle look behind the back patio is two houses now. We have installed a privacy fence and put tropical plants along the property line to bring back the original aesthetic for our guests as soon as our budget allows. We require the guest to review and agree to a short-term lease agreement through email/messaging system prior to check-in as a precautionary measure! *NO PARTIES ALLOWED!* Although we want our guests to have as much fun as possible, Sweet Sandcastle is not a rental suited for parties. Our home is in a quiet family neighborhood and we have an attentive neighborhood watch program that will notify us the moment a party ensues. Please do not attempt to book this rental if you plan on throwing a party, find another rental more suited to your needs. *COVID-19 Pandemic* As homeowners it is our goal to offer you as much peace of mind as possible during the pandemic. Because of this, we are committed to a thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the property prior to and after your stay. We utilize a professional cleaning team to make sure that the property itself is clean and safe for our valued guests. Our beach is a local community beach that is rarely crowded, which means there is typically plenty of space for our guests to practice responsible social distancing, as compared to other crowded public beaches. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Beautiful home, enough room for all of us (family reunion with 4 families, 3 generations). The walk to the beach was easy enough, and they had tons of chairs and beach gear for us to borrow. The owners were quick to respond when we had questions and left detailed instructions on everything. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time on our extended family vacation. The kids loved all the things the house had to offer especially the sand pit in the back yard! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able cook big family meals with ease. The walk to the beach was short and made it so we can spend time at the beach periodically and stillbeat meals at the house! Also the house was close enough to the city that just a short car trip allowed us to easily explore the beutiful city and enjoy all there was to do!

This home was one of three we rented for family the week of our daughter’s wedding. We put our adults with young children in this home and it was a hit. Lots to do, easy walk to the other homes along the beach, and very responsive hosts. It was a great place and all the guests enjoyed their stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with a short walk to a semi private beach which was beautiful. The property was perfect for our large family, it was clean and well stocked with home goods and beach goods. The host was beyond wonderful. The outdoor area had great space to just relax and hang out with family!

This was a great stay. Friendly and helpful service. All information for check in/out as well as information about the property was very well communicated. The house fit our family very well. Great yard and a short walk to the beach. Everyone was very pleased. We would stay here again if we visit St Augustine.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! There was something for everyone in our large group to enjoy. We loved the spacious living area, and the outdoor recreation area was amazing! The kids had a blast in the sand area during the day and enjoyed the playroom at night. We had everything we needed. The beach was just a short walk giving us great opportunity to watch the sunrise . This was our second time staying here. The floor plan made it easy for everyone to have their privacy when the wanted and plenty of room in the main living area for all to gather. The kitchen is fully equipped and large enough for several to do food prep and cook. The house is clean, well maintained, beds are comfortable, AC is great. All our text and call were answered promptly. The beach is a short walk, clean, not crowed and DON'T miss the turtle patrol. The owners of the house are friendly, available and gracious.

We had a lovely stay and this property was perfect for our large family. The kitchen was well equipped, the table was large enough for all of us to fit, we enjoyed the back yard area and overall, we had a fantastic visit. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful weekend.

There were 16 of us gathering for the first time in a while to celebrate Thanksgiving. Everyone had a bed, and plenty of space. The yard is wonderful with a fire pit, lots of seating and backyard games. We all had a great time playing cornhole and enjoying the lovely yard. The beach was about a 5 min walk. For anyone with mobility issues, the beach access is a steep, sandy hill. We had no issues with it. We had a few bumps as these things happen and we never had any trouble with communication even though the owners were away. Thank you!

Quite neighborhood, EZ walk to the beach, close to shopping, great back yard with lots of room for games and sitting in the shade of some beautiful trees with lots of privacy and comfortable beds to name a few of the things that caused us to book this house for next year.

This property was wonderful! It had a lot of room and so many things to do at the house plus only a short walk to the beach! Saint Augustine was close. Perfect for a large family. The beds and furniture were so comfortable. Definitely recommend this property!
