The home is located only a 1-minute walk away from some of Ocean Isle Beach's most beautiful walking trails! There are also several golf courses just a short 5-minute drive from the island. Views from this home include the deep blue ocean, the Intracoastal waterway, and Shallotte Inlet. This luxury home is only a "Rhoback" from the shore! PROPERTY DETAILS This property comes fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Amenities begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. You will have access to a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see “Important Information” for more details), tiki bar and an outdoor shower. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. Blackout curtains are located in every bedroom to ensure a good night's rest. The first floor has a queen size sleeper sofa, and foosball table with a large deck that features an ocean view. The second floor has a large open living area, featuring another large deck with a stunning views. The living room has an electric fireplace to make your stay more comfortable. There is a large walk-in pantry for plenty of storage. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your party to utilize at your leisure. All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. If you drive an electric car.. you're in luck! This home is equipped with a charging station. BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS First Floor- Room 1: King Room 2: King Room 3: King There is a queen sized sleeper sofa located in the den on the 1st floor. Second Floor- Room 4: Twin Twin, Twin Full A Nugget play couch located with the bunk beds will keep your kids entertained for hours building indoor forts, or it can be used as an additional sleeping space. Room 5: King IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is an additional $50 per night with a 3-night minimum. If you would like pool heating, please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st – May 15th. Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30. Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach Property. This home is pet friendly, please see pet policy below. Outdoor perimeter security cameras are in place for the safety of the property. There are no cameras inside the property. Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose. Pet Policy The Rhoback is a Pet Friendly Property for a $400 non-refundable pet fee. You can bring up to two pets. Homeowner Approval is required. Any pet left unattended must be crated and cannot be left outside. Two 42" crates with optional divider panel are provided for you, located on the ground floor. No pets are allowed on the furniture or beds. No pets are allowed in the pool. You will be charged an additional pet fee if these rules are not followed. Please email us a copy of your pets most updated vaccination record, proof of flea and tick treatment, as well as a photo of your pet to begin the approval process. If a pet is found on the property without approval, an additional fee will be applied to your stay. Please send approval information at least 1 week in advance of your stay date. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance! We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay. We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
