Nice stay. Great home but I'm need of some maintenance. I would recommend letting person renting control heat thermostats, instead of owner.

The house was fine and was clean. But it had no amenities we are used to for a home that we rent at this price. Bikes were broken, no beach towels, very few other amenities at the home. The a/c in one of the rooms made a loud sound every time it turned on. I would be ok with it if the home were half of the price but other homes in this price range that we've stayed in at Rosemary have been much nicer.

The house has a very unique layout with a couple of great spaces to bring everyone together, but then giving everyone plenty of privacy at night. One master on the main floor as you walk in, then go upstairs and there is another master on the second floor. You then go through a door that goes outside to the balcony and there are two more bedrooms that you can only enter from the outside. Finally a third floor as part of the main house with the bunk beds that is great for kids. The location is absolutely perfect and outside of going to the grocery store there is no need for you to drive anywhere. All the beach entrances require badges so it is a good way to have population control and the beach never got too crowded. In the kitchen there are also two large refrigerators which is awesome if you plan on cooking a lot and have a large group. The courtyard was a huge hit and every time we had dinner at the house, we sat outside. It was such a nice treat - cool area and blocked from a big breeze. In terms of things to be aware of, our garage door wouldn't open or close on it's own so we ended up putting a ladder under it to keep it open. Also, all of the bikes kept breaking - the pedals fell off. I emailed the address they gave me however no one responded. Also, the kitchen on the main is an alley kitchen so gets a little tight if more than 2 people are in there. Overall amazing and highly recommend!

Everything was great except for the cold water. It took up to 10 minutes for the cold water to not be hot. You need to fix that.

Our first time to Rosemary beach and what a treat!! A beautiful Bobby McAlpine designed home that really added to the comfort of all the family members having their own cozy areas. The access of being right on the eastern green and walking to all the shops foods was perfect. The kids loved the independence of being able to hop on a bike and explore (mostly donuts and candy) We stayed the tail end of the summer season so a few minor TLC things needed attention, but the house was well stocked and the icemaker of the main kitchen was a great feature.
Will definitely be back!!

We were very impressed upon arrival. The home was very spacious, and allowed for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed and more!!
There are few things that need attention.
Upon arrival, we decided to take the bikes into Rosemary. One of the bikes petal literally fell off. I don’t know how someone wouldn’t have noticed that. So we just parked that one and left the petal on top so no one would use that one.
The last few days, it seemed the house didn’t cool as it did. We used the fans in the bedroom so that helped some.
Hopefully these things can get fixed for the next guests.

We had an amazing week here, and it was dreamy! Perfect location on the eastern green where the little ones could run and play. Steps to the beach and to the pool-it couldn’t have been more convenient. Walk to the bustling shops and restaurants, and return to this quiet corner of Rosemary Beach! All of us said we’re spoiled now, because it was such a beautiful house in the perfect location! The courtyard made for easy dining-the string lights were charming too. Surprise advantages also included lots of restrooms, two ice machines, speakers to play music throughout the house, and two ovens. Thank you for a lovely vacation. We all have said we’d like to visit again!

We stayed here with my wife and her family and had a wonderful time. We spent time on the balcony in the mornings and evenings enjoying the amazing view of the ocean and the sunset. We loved the proximity to the beach and were able to use the chairs and umbrella provided at the house. The property comes with bikes as well and we thoroughly enjoyed riding them around Rosemary. At night we loved being able to watch movies on the giant smart tv upstairs to wind down at the end of the day. This home has so many amazing King suites and we loved the number of bathrooms throughout. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to planning our next trip to Rosemary Beach.

This property is in a great location with close access to both the beach and the best pool in Rosemary. The house is 3 stories with the top story being two QUEEN bunk beds and a large bathroom. The first two stories are equipped with ice makers which is a LARGE bonus. Two Dishwashers and two ovens with a great cooktop. There is games, books, and beach toys that are left behind from other users that were nice to have. We really enjoyed the bikes that were located at the rental. The customer service was awesome and we will definitely recommend to others.

Our group of 11 (3 generations; kids from 11-17 years old) had a lovely time at the Rosemary Renaissance! The house had more than enough space for all of us to spread out. The fact that there were king size beds in all rooms (excpet the bunk room) was amazing! The bunk room itself was also very cool. Four queen beds in there for our three boys (11, 11 and 13) was perfect. It could clearly have fit a few more kids if needed! The kitchen was well very stocked. We absolutely loved how there were two dishwashers, ovens, fridges. It made shopping, cooking and clean up for 11 people a breeze! The only minor complaint is that it would have been very nice to have a grill in the courtyard for easy meals. There was an ice machine in the pantry (and one upstairs in the wet bar off the living room)! I have rented in many places and have never had an ice machine. That was truly the perk I didn’t realize I needed! Happy hour and water bottle filling couldn’t have been easier! The décor in the house is lovely, peaceful, calming. You can tell it is decorated by an interior designer. In terms of location, you cannot get better. We were two houses from the beach and three houses from the pool. Everyone could come and go as they pleased. It would have been nice to have a few more keys to the beach. We only had 4 keys and 11 people. Not unmanageable, but would have been good to have a few more. Since it is also right on the green, the kids could go out and play whenever they wanted (other than when there is a massive wedding on the green as there was for a day or two when we were there. It wasn’t a big deal. We actually loved having a front row seat from the 2nd floor balcony to all the set up, take down and festivities). We also could walk to the square in about 4-5 minutes and to Starbucks (for the teenagers) in 7 minutes. The local Publix is also a 6 minute drive. All in all, it was a great stay and we’d be overjoyed to stay her
