Renting here was a brilliant idea. There aren’t many choices in this area so this bungalow was a great treat !

Great location, and nice space but with MANY issues. The views and location in a winery have all the potential for a great getaway. I'm giving the cottage a 3, but my partner would have given the experience a 2 star rating. Unfortunately, we could not get the heater to work the first night and the bed was missing a support post underneath the mattress leading to a concave bed. We had to sleep across the bed the first night in a cold room. The property managers were responsive the next day and tried to fix the heater and bed. They reduced the concave mattress issue by somewhat rigging the broken post. It helped a bit. The heater still did not work the second day for us after it was considered to be fixed. The property managers came back and could not get it working the second time. We later realized this was due to a lack of knowledge of the remote control which was not explained in the house manual. There was also no trash can in the bathroom, no hairdryer, nor was there a dishwasher. The Netflix and Amazon apps on the TV were not working correctly. We only asked for a reduction in the fee for the first night but never heard back from the property managers. Nice. I think this place could be a gem if these issues were addressed.
