In the second bedroom, you will find a queen bed with a Roku TV. The bunk room hosts 1 double-over-double bunk, holding up to 4 people, and even has a desk for the kids to use! The living room has a TV and Roku system! There is also a Queen pull-out sofa bed and 2 Twin air mattresses. On the patio, enjoy a delicious meal on the grill, or enjoy your night in the beautiful new hot tub. The unit was as depicted and very comfortable. It was fully equipped including items for families. The private hot tub is a nice amenity and it is right across from the community center with 2 other pools and hot tubs. That center also has a few pieces of cardio equipment that was not mentioned in listing (bonus).
Red Sands is a super management company. They communicated well and responded rapidly. We found a few items needing attention and they immediately dispatched a very friendly and capable technician to address. There was an issue that was initially misrepresented; they accepted accountability and made a goodwill gesture to make it right.
We would highly recommend the unit and the management company to friends or family and suspect we will stay there again.
There is an early review about a problem with the bed in the Master Bedroom; it was completely rectified so a you need not worry.
If I were to nit pick then I would bring up three things: The unit was clean but not as spotless and 'showroom pristine' as we have found with some owner managed VRBO units - road noise can be heard in the master bedroom and community pool noise in the second bedroom; this is not a big issue, as it dies down, but could be problematic to someone who retires early - finally, Red Sands was super responsive and will quickly address any issue...but it would be even better if they were more proactive and detail oriented to find deficiencies before guests do

We have stayed in this complex several times. Have loved all of them. Within minutes of everything, but removed from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. Pools and hot tubs are great. Big bonus, this property has its own hot tub and it was great.
Had a couple of non important issues that were handled immediately by the staff. We stay here two to three times a year, and will continue to do so.

Very clean, well stocked, everything was well labeled and clear. Couches and beds were comfortable and having your own hot tub was a great addition. If you are looking for a quick get away, you won't be disappointed staying here.

The good: Mostly as expected and true to listing. Beautiful unit, nice floorplan, nicely appointed, very clean, right across from the clubhouse, so convenient access to pool (and associated noise, but not too bad), private hot tub is a nice touch.
The bad: Not much, but two or three things stood out. Master bed is quite uncomfortable--felt like it was leaning downhill and big sag in the middle, so for better or worse, you'll end up snuggling with your bedmate within a few minutes. The teens didn't complain much, but said the bunks in the first bedroom were uncomfortable. The queen in the 2nd bedroom got good reviews. There was no wi-fi available when we were there. After a few unanswered texts to the property manager upon check-in we called and were able to to speak to someone who assured us they were addressing the issue urgently, but we never heard back from them for the duration of our stay. No wi-fi was inconvenient, but the response from the property manager was disappointing.
The other: The property is in a neighborhood that is somewhat isolated--not a lot of nearby amenities. We were aware of that and chose this location for a reason, but if you're looking for nearby restaurants and services, this may not be the best location for you.

Loved this home. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for our family. The ice maker wasn't working but we reached out and they immediately provided a solution. The only thing that needed some attention is the locks in one bedroom door and bathroom door in the master bathroom do not work. Everything is nicely labeled. Has lots of good amenities and the location is great.

Property was terrific. Large, comfortable, with very close pool access. Relatively close to Zion. Definitely check out Snow Canyon too! Only reason why rating isnt 5 stars is because the water heater was broken for 2 nights. Its understandable that essential appliances like that break down, but the clothes dryer was also broken but no one told us in advance. Combination of those things wasnt ideal, but we still had a great time and would come back. Manager was quick to respond too.

We visit So. Utah several times a year as our daughter lives in the area and we like to stay at Coral Ridge as we enjoy the amenities there. This is our first time staying at this property and it was excellent. The property is right across from the pools and clubhouse. Everything was very clean and organized. Plenty of towels to use. The kitchen was stocked with as the usual items. We enjoyed the hot tub on the property which is a nice little bonus. We will stay here again.

We loved the location of this townhome! It has a view of the pond and is right across the street from the clubhouse. The layout of the rooms works well. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dinnerware. We would definitely stay there again.

So many rules
This is a lovely property, with a lot of nice amenities. But...I nearly cancelled when the final bill arrived, showing extra fees for all kinds of stuff.($250 hot tub fee? $30 for linens? On top of the cleaning fee?) I went ahead with the reservation, but could not believe the crazy rigid rules. We aren't party people. I think the price point for this property kind of excludes party people. A $250 fee if the cops are called? What if someone needs help? The whole property is labeled with notes about "don't move this and don't touch that, and you signed a contract." This really didn't feel like a vacation retreat; more like housesitting for an overly controlling family member. We spent the whole weekend worrying about stepping out of line. We had a running joke that everything was a fine. "Left the porch light on, $250 fine." And then to ask us to strip the beds and do the laundry, to be "helpful," what on earth is the cleaning and linen fee paying for if I have to do them? The real kicker came with the 6am text message with the kind of snitty-sounding list of checkout procedures. 6am! You understand this was a vacation, right?? I understand that Redsands is trying to take care of the property for the owner, but they have totally missed the mark on hospitality. We will probably just go camping next time.

We love this neighborhood, its perfect for family's and older grandparents! Pools are warm in winter and clean! Located between st george proper and close to hurricane and zion! Units are wonderful, clean and upgraded with all amenities to make you feel like your on a luxury vacation!

The home was more than we could have hoped for. It had every amenity stocked that we could have needed. The decor was very pleasing to the eye.

Definitely a 5 star house with large windows and a great view. Hot tub was nice. Golf cart trail to the golf course. Swimming pool across the street, electric car hook up is in the garage. GREAT house we will be back again.

Super clean and very responsive
The property was very clean and as advertised when we arrived. Lot's of thoughtful things by the owner and Red Sands and sufficient towels, laundry, dishes, cutlery etc. appropriate for our group size. The check in and check out procedure was clear and the communication between us and Red Sands was excellent. We discovered some porch lights were out when we arrived and I sent a text to Red Sands. The maintenance guy was there the next morning and replaced the bulbs. Had an enjoyable trip and would stay there again.

Nice Place but Bad Check In Procedure
Nice place but we were unable to get into the property the night we arrived. Followed the late check in procedure, but did not receive the follow up from the property manager until the next day. Unfortunately, the door lock never worked and wifi code was also difficult to track down. Over all it was a frustrating stay. We did get refunded for the day we were locked out. Good luck.

The guest bathroom is pretty small for those two bedrooms, but we shared with the master bathroom, so it was good for us
