The two car garage is available to use by our guests as well as the private driveway. Please park your car ONLY inside the two car garage and on the two car driveway. Please make sure to not block any of our neighbors pathways or driveways. Street parking is available, however please make sure to not block any of our neighbors pathways or driveways, the property is located in a private courtyard, we suggest to park additional cars outside of the courtyard. 6. Check out is before 11am. On check out please place all unwashed dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle, take all garbage from kitchen and bathrooms to the garbage bins outside and empty the refrigerator. 7. No diving in the pool at any time. PLEASE NOTE: This is an outdoor pool. There could be tree leaves, flower petals and similar organic debris present in the water. There is a pool maintenance company scheduled weekly. We cannot be held responsible for nature made debris in the pool between pool maintenance services. There is a pool net available for every guest to use and clean such debris if they feel necessary. 9. Please NOTE that there are weekly pool and weekly outdoor area maintenance and landscaping services scheduled to maintain the pool, the outdoor areas and the landscaping areas of the property, unfortunately due to the nature of their schedules we are not able to notify our guests in advance with exact day and time of service.
