We have stayed in many vrbo homes, this home surpassed all of them. There was so many small touches that made it so wonderful. The coffee bar and snacks were unexpected and so appreciated. Our pup loved the back yard and so did we. The hosts were attentive and communicated every day of our stay. Thanks again for a great stay.

My sister and I really loved the home; it was just as pictured/described in the listing. The amenities were great (fire pit, etc) and Staci, the property manager was responsive before/during the stay. Our vacation, however, was consumed with concerns over security. While visiting Crystal Bridges the home owner sent an appraiser to come into the home while we were away. We were not informed in advance and while the property manager said she later "disabled" security access (after we complained), we felt violated and not safe. Both when we were out and when we were in the home. There are no curtains/shades on any of the beautiful picture windows (front/back) so at night anyone can look into the house and monitor your activity. There were some lower-end apartment homes a short distance from the property so we didn't use the main rooms of the property at night as much as we would have liked. Also, there are "do not lock" signs on the garage door and as two women traveling alone; it was not a secure feeling. Staci indicated that she would provide a credit for our "inconvenience" with the home owner, however, that did not occur. Not sure what happened with that since she seemed to be a person of her word.. Regardless, a beautiful home; just wouldn't stay again given the current security concerns.

My friend and I were spending just a few nights in the area and did not want to stay in a hotel. This VRBO was the perfect choice! The home was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. You (and your fur baby) will find everything you need for a lovely stay.

We have zero complaints about this wonderful house. So spacious & comfortable, so well stocked, the covered deck, the firepit and not least the attentive and responsive service from the owners.

Our favorite thing about the house and our stay was the security of the fully fenced backyard. We brought our two dogs with us, and it was so nice to be able to just let them out the back door into the backyard. It is a chain link fence without any holes or gaps. The house was very nice and welcoming in a nice location in the middle of the Bella Vista, AR area. The house had all the essentials needed for our stay. The fire pit looked nice (although we couldn't use it due to rain). The covered back porch and patio set was nice though.

Really enjoyed our stay. Home is clean, well kept and accommodated a group of six adults perfectly. Enjoyed the fire pit, the room living room and bedrooms. Special treat was all the snacks provided! :). Would definitely stay there again!!

It is so nice not having to fumble with a door key! There were 3 adult ladies that stayed in this lovely home for 3 nights & we really appreciated the cleanliness of the house! Location is very nice & quiet. Thank You!!!!

Perfect Family Getaway in Bella Vista
The property was perfect for our family. The communication was great before we arrived and check in went very smooth. Everything was clean and stocked for all your needs. It is also very close to all activities in Bella Vista and the fire pit was fun in the evening. The property manager also recommended we try Crazy Willyโs ice cream and it did not disappoint! We hope to be back soon!

Fantastic place to sray
We took our grand daughters on a summer vacation to see the great Passion Play. The Little Sugar Chalet was so relaxing, clean and comfortable. Staci, our host was very accommodating and never forgot she had guest! Every time I texted her, there was an immediate reply! Even just to answer simple questions about things to do in Bella Vista. I have been renting vacation rental homes since 2016, and this was the cream of the crop! I would recommend this house to ALL who are looking for a peaceful, quite and serene stay! The house was well equipped and their was nothing left to want for.

Peaceful retreat
We had an amazing time here! This place was amazing! Not only is it a mountain biker paradise from the bike shop in garage with tools to the many trails right in the back yard the owner also had everything available you could possibly think of. She really has a nack and skill to make everyone comfortable. The house is beautiful inside and out and was a very quiet place to relax at. I highly recommend starting here to anyone as itโs the perfect get away spot.
