Our boutique-style condo, The Sovereign Residence, is one of the most luxurious boutique residences in the city and offers an incredible rooftop patio featuring panoramic views of the mountains, downtown city landscape and ocean. Staying with us puts you at the center of it all. With famous landmarks, including the legislature building, the Empress Hotel, and Craigdarroch Castle, within reach, as well as whale watching, ghost walks, and local festivals, guests are immersed in the city's vibrant atmosphere. Business License: #00040771 Policies and Booking Requirements Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 25 years old in order to book. Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses. Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum. Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. This is at the end of the building phase, and most of the building is complete. Parking Clearance: 2.1 meters (6'8 ft.). The car elevator allows for a maximum of 205" (17ft) or 5.2 meters. Very nice apartment. Clean and modern. Very well located in the middle of downtown. Close to everything. The private patio was awesome.

Would definitely recommend. We had everything we needed. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Loved the car elevator - a very cool experience!

We were only on for a couple of nights but the time we spent was great. Having the private terrace with the fire was a nice way to wind down in the evening. The car elevator was a little different at first but once you get the hang of it you are good to go!

The parking was quit the experience. The roof top had great view didn't have the weather for it. Very nice property.

We stayed at this lovely condo over the holidays. It has a beautiful and well stocked kitchen and we hosted a family dinner. The outside space looked gorgeous but we arrived in a snow storm so were sad not to be able to use it! Parking was great to have!

The condo is in a fantastic location. Quiet, clean and spacious property with a great outdoor patio. The parking of a vehicle by driving into an elevator is a bit daunting at first but don’t worry…you will get the hang of it. This is a secure building in a perfect location.
