We are excited to offer this rare opportunity to stay in a unique and professionally decorated space. Our unit features an expansive private terrace that spans the entire length of our unit. Our well-appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite boasts a hotel-quality experience with added features such as; professionally cleaned and pressed linens, chef style kitchen and superior-quality furnishings. Enjoy the proximity of being in the heart of downtown Victoria! Our boutique-style condo, The Sovereign Residence, is one of the most luxurious boutique residences in the city and offers an incredible rooftop patio featuring panoramic views of the mountains, downtown city landscape and ocean. Staying with us puts you at the center of it all. With famous landmarks, including the legislature building, the Empress Hotel, and Craigdarroch Castle, within reach, as well as whale watching, ghost walks, and local festivals, guests are immersed in the city's vibrant atmosphere. Upscale restaurants, fashion boutiques, and nearby green spaces like Beacon Hill Park and Clover Point offer endless opportunities for exploration and enjoyment. Business License: #00040771 Policies and Booking Requirements Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 25 years old in order to book. Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses. Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum. Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome. No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine). Party Restrictions: Our policy requires all guests to comply with city bylaws and refrain from hosting parties. (Note: The city strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine) Additional Notes Cleaning Service: Guests rest easy in with the knowledge Clean Slate Victoria professionally services this space. This professional cleaning service provides outstanding care and attention to detail with enhanced cleaning protocols granting guests extra peace of mind. Construction Notice: Guests should be aware that Victoria is a growing city, and there is building construction next door, which guests will hear throughout the day during specific times. This is at the end of the building phase, and most of the building is complete. Parking Clearance: 2.1 meters (6'8 ft.). The car elevator allows for a maximum of 205" (17ft) or 5.2 meters. (→ Note: Trucks do not fit in the elevator parking. Most large SUVs will fit. Please send an inquiry to discuss prior to booking if uncertain.) Very nice apartment. Clean and modern. Very well located in the middle of downtown. Close to everything. The private patio was awesome.

Would definitely recommend. We had everything we needed. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Loved the car elevator - a very cool experience!

We were only on for a couple of nights but the time we spent was great. Having the private terrace with the fire was a nice way to wind down in the evening. The car elevator was a little different at first but once you get the hang of it you are good to go!

We stayed at this lovely condo over the holidays. It has a beautiful and well stocked kitchen and we hosted a family dinner. The outside space looked gorgeous but we arrived in a snow storm so were sad not to be able to use it! Parking was great to have!

The condo is in a fantastic location. Quiet, clean and spacious property with a great outdoor patio. The parking of a vehicle by driving into an elevator is a bit daunting at first but don’t worry…you will get the hang of it. This is a secure building in a perfect location.
