Summary: We invite you to stay at our 5 bedroom/4.5 bath villa with a private Hot Tub! The Retreat at Champions Gate provides guest with a guarded gate entrance and full access to the resort's Oasis Club and The Retreat Club. Two golf courses are available within the community. Our great location with the amenities in our home will help your party create a dream vacation! The Space: Our villa's west facing corner lot allows optimal sunshine everyday of the year. Enhancements in the pool area include a private hot tub, privacy screens and child pool safety gates. Loungers and a dining set complete the perfect environment to relax for the day or after spending time at the local attractions. Pool heat is available for an additional fee. Downstairs begins with a Queen Suite with access from the bathroom to the pool deck. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters and breakfast bar complete with stools. Both regular and Keurig coffee makers are available. Dining room is connected to the kitchen and has a dining set to enjoy your favorite meals together. The family room offers Cable TV. Laundry and game rooms are also on the first floor along with a half bath. Game room has a pool and air hockey table and a small basketball hoop for the little ones. Upstairs has a loft area with a couch and TV providing a great bonus space to spend time with family and friends. The King Suite bathroom has granite counter and a nice relaxing soaker tub. Queen Suite has a private full bathroom. Two Disney themed rooms both have two twin beds and share a full bathroom. If traveling with a group we have a second villa around the corner! The Neighborhood: The multimillion dollar Oasis Club includes a resort style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pad, poolside Tiki Bar, sand volleyball courts, fitness center, arcade, theater room (offers a nightly movie) and Oasis Bar and Grill. The club is a six minute walk or shorter if driving and parking in available lot. The resort also added a brand new additional Club featuring two large water slides, enhanced splash pad and resort style pool. You immediately feel like you are on vacation when you enter one of these Clubs! There is also a complimentary shuttle to get back and forth.. The community also offers golf courses and tennis courts.

House was perfect though the TVs were hard to operate. It was clean and organized. my grandson enjoyed the pool and game room very much. Would book again.

There were 4 cockroach baits in the garage literally 2 feet from a doll house my daughter was playing with. There was cockroach treatment residue all over the kitchen and kitchen supplies. I had to wash everything. Now I am sick and the symptoms match up exactly to cockroach treatment exposure. I contacted vrbo and the home owner and didn’t get a response from vrbo and got a response 3 days later from the home owner. He didn’t address any of my concerns. I talked to the property manager Michelle and she told me that the home owner has his own pest control company and must have had them come out after the house was cleaned. I want a full refund!

Do not stay here
We booked this condo and when we arrived the air for the down stairs did not work. I immediately called and was told someone would be out the next day. Someone came out the next day but needed to order a part and it ended up being fixed sometime the following Monday and we checked in on the Friday before. I was told by Mike Dennis that we would receive a compensation for it not working. I have messaged him and he has yet to respond about that. This property is owned by Florida Sunbright and they own many places in the Florida area so make sure to do research before. This house also had roaches and I mean the small dirty ones. For the price we spent on this place it was not worth it at all. Beware before you book!

Upon our arrival, There were 2 towels in a 5 bedroom house. The hot water heater was remotely shut off. We had no clean sheets and the house was a wreck. There were many burned out light bulbs in the house which during our 12 day stay were never replaced. There were cockaroches in the garage. I would never rent from this management again.

Horribly disappointed! We arrived to an unlocked house that was not cleaned after the prior guests.

We could not sit outside as the neighbors across the back were very noisy. The main living room needs more chairs. There was setting for five in a five bedroom house. The kitchen supplies were good. We did buy a few things and left them. Carpet needs cleaning! Everything else OK.
