Not only did the view exceed our expectations but the condo is within the easy walking distance of the Seaglass restaurant. Excellent food and great view of the marina. It soon became our favorite place to eat.

This two bedroom, two bathroom, apartment is exceedingly comfortable. The location is excellent. It is very comfortable. The photos online do not do it justice. It is in a building with a very open and warm common space. My son and I were extremely comfortable here. I *strongly* recommend you give this place serious consideration. A gem if I've ever seen one.

A great spot & did connect with owner but had difficulty when arriving as no manager or call to assist! Sorry there was no actual stove as nice for long term stays! Also although we don’t have a pet , the inability to have a small dog visit( even at a cost) limited our son’s opportunity to visit us! Still a wonderful spot that we would recommend!

We stayed in this apartment for six weeks in January and February to escape the harshness of a Canadian winter. The apartment is on the ground floor of a four story building which was formerly a hotel, I believe. As a result, there is a central atrium with a large lounge on the ground floor with ample seating, a fireplace, a dining table, a large aquarium and the former check-in desk. There is also a community kitchen. Our apartment was accessed through a door off this central atrium. The apartment itself is very comfortably sized for a long-stay for three adults, having two bedrooms with comfy beds and two bathrooms. The seating area, dining area and kitchen are open-concept with French doors opening onto a ground-floor balcony with a small view of the water through a break in the trees. The kitchen is well-stocked but be aware that there is no dishwasher or oven in the apartment although you can (and I did) use the oven in the community kitchen. The building itself is located in a mixed residential (very nice) and commercial area (marina and marina services). I am a "walker" so found it an easy 25 minute walk into Sidney, which I did almost every day (for exercise and coffee). It is a 10 minute drive to the airport or the Schwarz Bay ferry and a 30 minute drive to downtown Victoria. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would happily stay here again. Note that the main heat for the apartment is a two-sided fireplace (living room and bedroom).

The location is awesome, the unit was very clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is well looked after and is in a very quiet and peaceful area. Communication with Joyce was great. We would definitely stay here again if in the Sidney area.

A fantastic week spent Vancouver Island, which was our first visit. I would thoroughly recommended the location as easy to access from the ferry and Sidney is very relaxing. Thanks to our host who was thorough with updates before our arrival.
