Nice, clean property, somewhat lacking in character, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. On a busy street, making identifying the property and turning into the parking area a bit of a challenge. However, it is otherwise well located, close to downtown Christchurch. It delivered what was promised.

Lovely place close to town. Very tidy and neat, everything is nicely tucked away and just what you need. Loved being able to stay at such a nice place with dog with us.

We were going to an event at Apollo Stadium - easy walking distance. So close to Westfield mall, again walking distance.

Excellent instructions in communication from property manager to park and access this lovely townhouse. Comfortable beds, and tastefully decorated. Well- equipped kitchen, with dish drawer to cook and to eat-in. Lovely secure little backyard to enjoy some sun and fresh air. Is on a busy road but was never annoyed by traffic, nor neighbour noise. We stayed five nights and it is well set up for longer term stays, with washing machine/dryer combo and outside line. Location was brilliant with fast access to convention and shopping centres and main roads.

Easy to locate and entry into property was great. A nice clean property that is in a handy location close to central Christchurch. The communication from the host was good.
