One of the bathrooms is clogged, and the top stove was at our arrival only 2 burners were working and by the third day only one, the refrigerator was not Colling enough, the air conditioning during the day was not working, and the owner may controlling thru the app because it never goes down, the house was awfully dirty, like never see, the “manager” contact number was just the voice machine so that was no point to contact them, but I did send videos and pictures about my complaint but no one hadn't contacted me to resolve the issues I had. I was very disappointed with a lot things, broken dishes, cabinets falling off… and embarrassed at the same time because I had my whole family came from Brasil and Europe, we planned this vacation for so long and we had “zero” desire to stay at the house during our time in Orlando. I asked for a discount because the house looks so nice in the picture but in person looks horrible, Finding the house dirty was the worse, you can tell was only touch-up cleaning, and with a lot of other issues, I ZERO recommend this place. The house is big but needs a lot of attention in order to be list for family vacation . 👎👎👎

Overall nice property in a gated community with plenty of space. The house had 6 bedrooms with plenty of beds for our family of 14. The pool was very relaxing after a full day of running at Disney. A few flaws (running toilet, holes in the screens around the lanai, no pot holders, no salt/pepper shakers, no pizza pan or pizza cutter) but nothing major where we had to call the host. It’s very close to Walmart and many places to eat. Overall good stay.

The house itself was fine, but there were a few things that I feel the owners need to address. There were only 2 towels per bedroom. All of our bedrooms were occupied so that meant you had 1 towel per day. We were there for Disney so we were not really interested in having to do laundry every night. The 2 large eyes on the stove were not working at all. I reported but the individual at property mgmt number seemed unconcerned. The other 2 items aren't deal breakers but an inconvenience as there wasn't a baking sheet in the kitchen supplies nor a broom to be found. There was a vacuum though.

House and pool are great. Furnished beautifully. Pool deck and screen need Serious maintenance. Top screen is torn thus a squirrel is consistently in and out and leaves and twigs are on deck. Spa never heated consistently. Concrete in front of garage (game room) has sunken thus we had a poisonous small snake in game room Sunday morning. It eventually slithered out. Also when I called mgmt # in book I was told they no longer mgmt for house and gave me# for new mgm. Who suggested I open garage door and encourage it to leave! Due to gap in garage door the floor in game room is totally black. Kids socks very dirty after going in. All that being said I wouldn’t rent house again if I had assurances that the above was corrected

The property was in a great location and was clean upon arrival. Some aspects of the property could use updating, but overall it was an enjoyable stay. We reached out to property management about a couple things and they were quick to respond. We had an issue with one bathroom shower and the property management company responded immediately that they would put in a work order, but it took the entire week for someone to come look at it.

Nice property. 100% easy check in, pool was great, spa and pool water perfect temperature for kids to swim all day. Probably gets more sun later in the season- there are some trees behind the property to block some direct sunlight different parts of the day. House was clean and plenty of room for 5 of us. Nice neighborhood to explore and go for walks. Worked great for a stay-cation and family time, and peaceful community. Thanks for sharing your home!

I will start with the good things. The resort property is nice and close to Disney World. The decor of the home was modern. The property management company was friendly. Not good things: The home was extremely dirty when we arrived. House had not been vacuumed anywhere. The pool area was filthy. Lounge chairs were full of mildew, mold, and dirt (took pictures). Pool was over a foot low and full of dead worms. We paid for a heated pool and it didn’t work. Sent a technician out several times. Finally got the heat fixed in the pool the second to last day of vacation. There was water damage all on the sealing of kitchen, one stove burner didn’t work. The sink in lower level bathroom had a broken knob that you had to hold together to turn the water on. The wallpaper in the master bedroom up stairs was peeling off the walls all over. The house sleeps 14 and there was only 6 towels which included the pool towels that were thin and had holes had to go to Target and buy a few to hold us over to the next day when they said they would drop off more. Drawers in bathroom were barley on just setting in frame and broken. Game room was so dirty the amount of dirt in the corners was disgusting. Had to call so many times for maintenance. There were no pool toys like the other homes we stayed in at the resort in the past. No refund was offered for the heat not working 4 out of the 6 days we rented. We also paid for a late checkout And a grill that was filthy and barely had propane, only able to use it one night. Overall would never recommend this home or stay here again. Was the worst money we ever spent on a VRBO home. We’ve never given a bad review, but this one will save someone the money. The owner needs to come see their property. Not sure how or when it ever got 5 stars. Loss a lot of money off this stay.

Thank you for sharing your home! It was a great location and the perfect size for 13 of us with three different families! The decor was really nice and the kitchen was fully stocked. Only issue we had was with a broken curtain on the sliding glass door and a sink upstairs under repair but the response time with property manager was great!!!
